HEATED POOL AND SPA just completed December 2020!!! Beautiful Old Seagrove! Quick walk to the beach and Seaside Square! Sleeps 10! Deeded Beach Access!!!


MAIN HOUSE:

Perfectly located!!! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home situated on an oversized lot filled with live oaks and magnolia trees will provide you with lots of rest and relaxation yet just a short walk away from the beach, Seaside, shopping, restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and so much more!

Upon entering, this home boasts a large open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counter tops, and open shelving. The new cookware, hand mixer, food processor, blender, double toaster, slow cooker, 2 coffee pots and much more will make any cook delighted to prepare favorite cuisine and snacks. For evenings when you'd like to grill, enjoy the private yard while preparing your meal on a large natural gas grill.

Just off the living area is a spacious screened in porch with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. On days when the surf is up you can listen to the ocean hum while sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails or wine. This porch is also suited with a Smart TV and a large chalk board that will keep little ones (and even adults) entertained for hours!

The large master bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and desk should you need to break away for a few work details. The master bath has double sinks, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a spacious closet. It comes stocked with plenty of fresh towels, make up mirror and a blow dryer.

The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, Smart TV and walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds with reading lights, Smart TV and closet.

All beds come with high end mattresses! All decorative bedding has been replaced with all washable linens and comforters for your safety.

The second bathroom has a large shower, plenty of towels and cabinet storage space, magnifying makeup mirror, and blow dryer.


CARRIAGE HOUSE:

The carriage house is the perfect place if you need a little time away from the group. It's quiet, spacious and relaxing with 4 twin beds and a large sectional sofa for lounging or taking a little nap after a day at the beach. Equipped with a wall mounted Smart TV, mini fridge, a bathroom with shower, plenty of towels and blow dryer.

The house was perfect for our mother-daughter trip — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of delicious dining options. The pool was a refreshing treat during our warm-weather stay, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — prompt, friendly, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great stay!

House is clean and organized. Easy walk to beach entry and restaurants. Thank goodness for the lovely new pool since the beach had double flag closures most of our stay. Very hospitable hosts.

Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, modern, and beautifully decorated the home was. It felt like a true home-away-from-home, with every amenity we could possibly need. The space was ideal for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. We especially loved the pool and hot tub—after long days at the beach, they kept the fun and relaxation going well into the evening. The location was also fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach. We genuinely believe this will be our go-to home every time we visit Seaside! We can’t wait to return!

Staycation

We so much enjoyed our stay at this property at Seagrove Beach. We live just a few miles away and it was so refreshing to not to have to get on a plane! The property was perfect for our group size, clean and very convenient to everything. The added benefit of having a private beach and access to a business that can set up chairs and umbrella was an added plus! We'll be back!

Family Fall Break

My family stayed a week during October. The house was perfect. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Jamie was an excellent hostess and was very responsive to my, very few, questions. The kitchen had everything imaginable for our cooking needs. The house is a very short walk or bike ride to the beach or Seaside town square. We will definitely be back.

This house was perfect for families with teens. The guest house house was spacious and so was the main house! We enjoyed and appreciated all the extra amenities and personal touches the owner had put around the house. It truly felt like home away from home. The owners were available at all times and helped us any way they can to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would rent this house again for sure!

Fall Break 2024

This was the perfect house for our high school senior and her friends for Fall Break! A quick walk to the beach and Seaside Square. The house was laid out perfectly with the master suite on one end of the house and the other 2 bedrooms on the other. The carriage house was great for hanging out but also lots of room for sleeping too. Pool and hot tube were great! Jamie, the host, goes above and beyond for her guests. Always available for questions and also suggests restaurants, etc. It was a great way to spend our last high school Fall Break. I would highly recommend this property.

Ideal Beach Vacation

Everything about the house was great. Amazing shower in the main bedroom and very comfortable bed. All the kitchen tools one would need. Gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for colder mornings during our stay. But the ultimate feature was the pool and hot tub. Pool was heated and despite outside temps in the high 60s or low 70s, we could get in right away and enjoy endless hours of fun. It's a very short walk to the core of Seaside and the beach. Would definitely recommend as there are few homes in the area with a nice mid-size pool like this.

Perfectly lovely beach house

We loved everything about our stay here. First of all, the house is so very pretty and fresh! You feel good the moment you step in - bright, open spaces, tall ceilings and exceptionally clean. Second thing to note is that this is the perfect location. Just a few blocks walking distance to the beach and to Seaside, yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and out of the fray. The heated pool was a big factor in selecting this house and did not disappoint! The pool was so inviting that we did not mind at all skipping the beach on a couple of cool, stormy days during our stay in mid-March. We cooked breakfast daily and dinner twice and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We also had plenty of towels and dishes for our party of 8. The large, round dining table was great for card games! Thanks so much to Jamie for being an excellent host and so helpful throughout planning and during our stay. We love Sunshower and hope to return!

I can’t say enough good things about this home or the sweet hosts!! The location is excellent, an easy walk to the beach or square! The house was so pretty and squeaky clean! I’m technologically challenged and messed up the pool and the sweet hosts were so helpful!! I have honestly never stayed in a vacation rental where the hosts were this kind and attentive!! It was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s birthday/fall break trip!!

This was our second year in a row staying at this gorgeous properrty! Jamie is a wonderful host and makes the entire process very easy. Can’t say enough great things about the property. The pictures and description are all accurate.

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better spot! The location was perfect, within walking and biking distance to Seaside and the beach. The private pool was a highlight for us, offering a great way to relax after a day out. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner upon arrival, but the owners promptly addressed it and had it fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

Great House and Host!

We really enjoyed staying here. We traveled with My cousin and our two Kids. Carriage house is great for the kids to stay in! There is room to hang out around the house and get away from the beach and town to just relax. Would definitely stay here again! The Host Jamie is great to deal with and has a good sense of Humor!!!!

Pure Perfection!

This is the perfect beach house! The interior is stunning with the most comfortable beds and couches and a wide open living space. It is large enough to prepare meals for a crowd and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need- even a crockpot. The pool and spa are just steps outside and can be heated in the cooler months. The beach and town square are a short walk through a quaint neighborhood. The homeowner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. I am an avid VRBOer and this was my best rental experience by far! Don’t hesitate - rent it!!!

The stay could not have been better. The cute home and cottage was just lovely, peaceful and well appointed. It was perfect for our stay. Jamie was always available for questions and suggestions. It was a perfect trip, would rent the home again without hesitation!!

We live in Dallas, Texas but head to the beach as often as we can! We have loved getting to host friends and families. We are always excited to get such positive reports letting us know what a great stay people have had and that they can't wait to come back. In our free time we enjoy our four kids and daughte-in-law, friends our church, and watching a great movie!

We were looking for an investment we could be active in. Through travel experiences we fell in love with this opportunity. Once we found this particular neighborhood we never looked elsewhere and with four options that could have worked, this one was by far the homiest. The sand and dirt roads and tall trees make you feel like you are on an island somewhere.

This particular neighborhood is extremely special. The location has been referred to as "the best kept secret in Santa Rosa Beach".
