Beautiful place in great location

We have been so pleased with the Coney Island Cottage! It is in a wonderful location on Treasure Island and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is rented as 1 unit but is actually 3 separate units, each with their own kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of space for our group to gather inside and outside on either of the 2 patios. The house appears to be recently updated with very pretty decor. It’s immaculately clean as well. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a beach getaway with all amenities close by!!

The most beautifully decorated cottages right next to the beach made for an awesome family vacation! We were all able to spend time together but also had our own spaces to go back to at the end of the night. The hosts were readily available and just a text away!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at the Coney Island Beach House! It was the perfect setup for our family. It was clean, easy to check in and out, a short walk from the beach and beautifully decorated.

This place was terrific! A great location, steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass boardwalk. The setup of the home was perfect for 4 couples with ample space to get together and separate space for quiet time. The home was adorably decorated!

cozy cottage just steps to the beach

We enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated cozy cottage near the ocean. It is located on the main street so there will be traffic noise. The units had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

I plan a trip every year to the west coast of FL and this has been the nicest house with the best location so far. The house is divided in 3 units and each unit has its living room and full kitchen. But one of the units is the biggest one where we will meet all together. There are two backyards as well. Only a short walk from the beach and you don’t have to cross any streets. A close 4 min drive to John pass where they have restaurants and bars, and also close to Madeira beach for a more party area. Communication with host was excellent. I would come back 1000 times.

Wow!! Cutest beach house I’ve ever rented

We rented this adorable beach house for its proximity to the beach (literally just yards) and John’s Pass (walking distance) and were blown away by how gorgeous and luxurious this place was! Newly renovated after last year’s storms, the decor is beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the brand new showers were not only a designer showcase but also spotless. Lots of spaces for privacy, family gathering or relaxation. Whatever you want or need you can find a place for it in this large home. This is definitely our new favorite place for our family of 8 and we will be back often!!

Beautiful house inside and out. Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. There're 3 individual units in this house with marked parking spaces. Good for privacy as well as gathering. Comfy beds and sofa, nice gas grill ready in the backyard.Conveniently located, just steps away from the sandy beach and 10 minutes walk to John's Pass Village for shopping, dining and water sports. Nice hosts, always responded quickly to questions and inquiries. We are two families traveling together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Slice of Paradise

Coney Island beach house was the perfect spot! Quick walk to the fabulous John’s pass/ Hubbard marina. We stayed with multiple families and the home housed us all amazingly. Enough privacy for everyone but enough space for evening hangouts on the patios. The walk to the beach for sunsets was the icing on the cake. We already want to plan a trip back to Coney Island! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
