This property boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas - spread across the main bach, and the sleepout. There is plenty of space for the whole family.



Pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. However, the property is not fully-fenced. A pet-bond and pet-fee applies.

Bedroom 3: 1 x Single bed with 1x Single rollaway trundler bed



Sleep-out



Bedroom 4: 2x Single beds



Bedroom 5: 1 x Single bed with 1x Single rollaway trundler bed



Sleep-out living area: 1x King-Single day bed with rollaway trundler bed.



Sleep-out living area beds can be made up as a king bed. You must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this made as a king.



Maximum of 12 guests per booking. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property during your stay.







House Rules and Information:



Parking: 3 x off street parking. There is room for a small jet-ski, but there is no room for a boat.



Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
