3 dining areas: two indoor areas that can accommodate 8 and 14 people respectively, and an outdoor BBQ water view dining area that can seat 10 people.
Accommodate up to 15 adults and children, including private lawn and pool, we provide pool toys. The pool features colorful lights in the evening, and all outdoor areas are equipped with nighttime lighting automatically.
The garage that can park 4-6 cars, there are many free roadside parking spaces.
We provide indoor toys for infants and toddlers to offer convenience for guests with young children.

A Gentle Reminder for a Peaceful Stay
Dear Guests,
Our home is located close to the city, with neighboring homes nearby. To help us maintain a peaceful community, we kindly ask that after 8:00 PM：
- Please do not linger or make noise on the street when returning at night
- Please keep voices low along the long driveway and in all outdoor areas.
- No speakers or amplified music outdoors.
- For evening conversations, we kindly encourage guests to move indoors after 8:00 PM.
- We provide accommodation only and do not permit parties, events, or gatherings.
Our neighbors are particularly sensitive to noise, and we take our community’s peace seriously. Any violation of these house rules may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. Any extra guests or visitors please ask for our approval.
