Great room. Wish the TV was larger and we could not get it to work during our stay

Thank you for the 4-star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the room. I’m sorry the TV was too small and wouldn’t work—if we’d known during your stay we would have sent a technician or swapped it out right away. Our team has been notified and will inspect/upgrade the TV and connections so future guests don’t have the same issue. We’d love to host you again.

Decent place but essentials missing

Though seems old, the place has been well kept and has good water views. Very peaceful place. However, many essentials were misisng. They just had a small piece of bar soap that has to be shared and no hand wash available..One bathroom roll is the cheapest available and tears to the touch.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting and the beautiful water views! We’re also happy to know you felt the property was well kept, even with its older charm. Regarding the toiletries, we do provide a starter pack that includes basic essentials like a small bar of soap, a roll of toilet paper, and a few other items to help guests settle in. As noted in our check-in information, anything beyond that is up to guests to provide based on their personal needs for the duration of their stay. We appreciate your input and will keep your comments in mind as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Location was great - easy to get to all of the places we wanted. The unit is a bit outdated - wallpaper and decor - small TV. Bathroom needs updating - visible signs of mold on tile floor and in shower, shower door sticks and would not open and close easily - bathroom (toilet and shower) not clean. Fitted sheet would not stay on mattress. Sheets were not comfortable. No dishwasher in unit- refrigerator was a small dorm style. Balcony is nice and larger with good view. Some of the cushions were missing from balcony furniture. No complaints with host - communication was available and host reached out to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We did not see or use the pool as weather was too cool. I would not categorize this as a "Luxury rental" but still a good place to stay for the cost.

Thank you for the 4-star review and for the detailed feedback. I’m glad the location and balcony worked well for you. I’m very sorry the unit fell short in several areas — cleanliness, bathroom condition, the sticking shower door, bedding, missing balcony cushions, and the small fridge/absence of a dishwasher. Housekeeping has been notified and our maintenance team will inspect the shower door, tile/grout, and balcony furniture so we can make repairs or replacements as needed. We also review our units regularly and will evaluate upgrades to appliances and decor. Please send any additional details via Vrbo messaging so our team can follow up on your reservation. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.
