This was a great place for us to stay with our dogs in Branson. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Landing and many other shops near downtown. It was also a very clean place.

The house was charming, very clean, and the neighborhood was perfect for my dog. We were close enough to do all things Bransons and still get the quiet at the end of the day. There was no washer and dryer even though it was listed in the description, which is something I look for when staying at these places. All around recommend for others to stay and we would return if we go back to Branson.

Clean. Cute place to stay close to downtown and the landing. Furniture inside and out could use an upgrade for a place to relax while at the house. overall a nice place to stay with dogs.

Cute and Convenient

This cute cottage was perfect for our busy family vacation. It’s conveniently located near downtown and the main road to other attractions. It was a perfect place to lay our very tired heads at the end of a busy day. Thanks for helping to make a fun vacation that much more enjoyable!

Great location close to Branson Landing!

We enjoyed staying at this 1940's bungalow close to downtown Branson. It is in walking distance, as long as you are up for a few hills, of Main Street and the Branson Landing shopping area. Communication was a breeze, and the property presented as described in the listing. Overall, a great stay. Thanks for hosting our family including our furry family members.

I wish it had ceiling fans like I read in the add. It said no loud parties but the next door neighbors were loud with their pool party/music every night we were there. I couldn't get into the garage. There was a code to the door but it wasn't the same as front door. I assume this is where washer/dryer were so we never got the chance to use. Nice and cozy but we didn't feel that safe in the area. We weren't there much. Curtain rod fell down that wasn't secured very well. Hit my friend on the head. I believe it's too expensive. The website has a nightly fee but my total cost was 200 more. I haven't heard back after I inquired about this.

The home offers A/C and heating rather than ceiling fans, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. We also recognize your concerns about neighboring noise, the surrounding area, and garage access. We were in communication during your stay and offered assistance with any concerns, but no further arrangements were made. Regarding the curtain rod, our cleaning team inspected the area, and the fixture has since been repaired. We also acknowledge your feedback about the booking charges and communication regarding your inquiry.

Host never contacted me when i questioned dirty laundry in the floor Throw pillows in the floor. Big deal for me was the inability to lock the window by the rear exit. Someone could absolutely come in thru that window. I cleaned the place so i could feel relaxed in a place.that should have already been cleaned when i got there. No one ever called me back.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading Renee’s feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We take cleanliness and safety very seriously and are deeply concerned to hear about these issues, as we have no record of any calls, texts, or emails regarding these concerns during the stay.-Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent our team to address the cleaning and inspect the window lock, as we always prefer to rectify any issues on the spot.-Our home is professionally cleaned by an Evolve-approved provider, and we are currently following up with them to ensure our high standards are consistently met.-We have since performed a full maintenance check to ensure all windows and doors are secure and functioning perfectly for future arrivals.Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us maintain the best possible experience for our guests. The house is smaller than it seems but sufficed for our needs. It was clean on the surface but it obviously hadn't had a deep cleaning in awhile as there were cobwebs in windows and tons of dust and trash behind and under furniture. Bring a surge protector as there is only 1 outlet in each room. The furniture wasn't very comfortable but ok for a short stay. The best feature was the fenced in front yard even though the gate is finicky. A good location right off the strip and close to the landing and the wifi was consistent. The worst part were the floors. The advertisement tries to make it sound like a little slant but it was more like trying to walk when you are drunk. It was not good for someone that is unsteady on their feet.

However, we're sorry to hear the cleanliness fell short of your expectations. Our cleaner, who sends us photos after each visit, did not report any issues, and everything appeared to be in good condition at the time. That said, we absolutely would have been happy to send someone back had we known there was a problem. The layout in the living area usually makes it difficult to miss anything underneath the furniture, so it was surprising to hear about the dust and trash. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."
