Close to the beach and beautiful property. Loved that out fur babies were welcome. Host was excellent in communication.

Smooth easy check in both poolsWere nice even have a kiddy pool away from the other pools, sun deck was nice and very close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and always responded.

Would gladly stay here again. Excellent location to town and the beach. Property is well maintained and the pools and hottubs were in great shape and water perfect temp. This is on the 3rd floor, but wasn't a hassle. We loved the balconies and lots of space in the condo for our family and friends.

Nice facility. This condo fully updated. A/C was great. Two pools and hot tubs. Walk to the beach was fine, lots of setup space & walking distance to Clayton Beach w/couple of restaurants.

During our stay, I would say the best part was the proximity to the beach and the cold air conditioning. The condo was not very clean when we arrived. We found hair under the beds, some kind of dark colored liquid on the wall in the living room, and stains on the towels. When we cooked, one of the main burners on the stove was broken. The mattresses were not comfortable at all, and one of the bed frames in the upstairs bedroom was broken leading to the mattress slipping under the frame while we were sleeping. I would definitely not recommend this property.

Good location. Really liked the Oceanside loungers with their cushioned chairs, couches and loungers. Just steps away from the ocean on one side and a large heated pool and hot tub on the other. Very nice well maintained grounds. Several of the units are getting upgrades. The three bedroom unit we rented was well stocked furniture and beds and bedding were standard nothing fluffy. Any concerns were answered promptly

The host was very nice and reliable. Check in process was super easy, as well as getting the actual condo online. It wasn’t the one advertised online though we thought we were gonna be in the main building. The place was still very beautiful comfortable beds very clean. The only thing was there were no towels nor toilet paper(not enough). As well as almost every door is rusted and doesn’t close properly. The microwave didn’t work and some furniture was already damaged when I arrived. The security was very terrible and disturbing. Other than that place was beautiful.

For starters, Host communication via the app was absolutely spot on, super responsive and communicative! 5 stars to the host for that! I believe the host is out of state/country. That’s was one of the issues I had. The pictures were of the actual location, however the photos seems to have been edited in a manner, to ensure best lighting qualities, and hid all of the imperfections. I had higher expectations from the appearance on the outside, yet alone the inside was much nicer. The exterior upon arriving makes it seem like a super nice high rise building. It wasn’t, and seem to have been run down rooms on the exterior. Interior had Paint chipped drawers, paint mismatched touch ups, severe cracking on exterior rooms doors. The salt from the beach has definitely taken a toll on this one. If you’re looking for a low key place, not very critical on interior amenities, then sure this is for you. The beach was a short 3 minute walk, and the pools were exactly as shown. Parking was relatively available, and no rude tenants at the time. They did supply with the literal bare minimum on pots/pans utensils. Again, host was absolutely amazing via the app!

NOT on the beach. No view of the beach. About 3 minute walk to the beach. Sparsest VRBO I have ever been in. No board games, just enough kitchen pans etc to cook. Laundry but no soap. No dish soap. Two towels per bathroom, one kitchen towel. Four beach towels. No extra blankets. While there I hooked up the TV, fixed the dishwasher rack, the guest toilet. The ice maker did not work. It was very clean. It was quiet. Close to splashpad. The property is nice, pool faces the beach. Many sitting areas to see beach. Secure, cameras and people watching, controlled access. This is good because the door would blow open in a strong wind. Pool was heated, the hot tub too heated, it burned our skin if we tried to get in. Close to bars/restaurants.Given the property/host fee, go stay at the Courtyard by Marriott just down the beach. Benefit of this property was the staff and the pool size, it's big.The staff at the property WERE AWESOME. Very nice and acted quickly to let us in.NOT ON THE BEACH.

Accommodations were exactly as expected. Plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy a quick trip to the beach and some comfortable evenings.
