Note:

Please no excessive noise after 11pm outside as to be respectful of our neighbors in cottage country.

To prevent the natural world from entering the house, please keep the doors of the cottage closed when using as it is in a forested area.

No smoking in the lake house. Upon departure, the lake house, dishes, and property are to be left clean.

No extra guests. The entire party will be required to leave in the event of extra guests, and deposits will not be returned.

Everything was perfect! From the location, to the size of the place and all of the immunities included, we had an incredible time. The photos are exactly what you are getting, but even better! I would 100% recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay on the water.

Just the most gorgeous home, location and vibe. I LOVE this place and I plan to go back every year with the girls. it is modern, new, clean, gorgeous view, every facility you could wish for in the home. I'd give it 5 stars. Thank you to the host/ess for the wonderful property and gives us the chance to make memories in a very lovely surrounding. and sensational sunrises.

Awesome property by Lake Simcoe!

Spent 3 days and 2 nights here with my family and 2 dogs. The house is beautiful inside and out. Very modern looking. Has a very luxurious feel!The check-in process was flawless. No hassle, Mary was very prompt with her responses and very detailed as well.The house is very well equipped, you dont have to bring much at all except for food and additional cooking ingredients if you plan to use the kitchen.We unfortunately were not able to enjoy the dock as much due to the low water level, but there is a beach about a 5 minute drive from the house, which is pretty well maintained!This wont affect the rating because I understand how nature works, but there were a bit too much spiders and gnats outside. I expect that much with light attracting the gnats and spiders taking advantage of them.I would still recommend staying here 100%! It really was an awesome experience.

The house itself is lovely and well built - finished with quality and wonderfully bright in the daytime. The view is beautiful!A few changes could be made to make the stay more pleasant:1. The motion lights that came on constantly and powerfully in the back yard greatly hampered our enjoyment of the fire and evening views.2. The lack of any lamp or dimmer switch made the lighting tricky to navigate at night. We couldn't create any soft ambiance as it was either glaringly bright or too dark.3. The furnishings were sparse, minimal and uncomfortable in many cases. It felt like a university dorm trying to furnish on a small budget. For the money charged, it should be furnished more comfortably.

This property was built brand new and completed in December 2024. Everything in this lakefront home is new - from the hardwood floors, to the floor-to-ceiling windows, to the appliances, linens, mattresses and furniture. It is like opening a brand new Christmas gift!

The views and location are also perfect with your own lakefront access to Lake Simcoe.
