Introducing this new stunning Timbers townhome on the 17th fairway of Sierra Star Golf Course, close to skiing and mountain biking. This home has been completely transformed into a Mountain Modern Retreat perfect for the ultimate getaway, complete with every amenity needed. Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of The Timbers community, this 2640 sq. ft. home offers a one of a kind luxury experience just a short drive or shuttle ride from Eagle Lodge or Canyon Lodge. Nestled in the Sierra Star Golf Course, you can enjoy a quiet forest setting with mountain views. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed into the open living level with gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows adorn the living space and provide ample natural light and breathtaking views. White oak flooring is laid throughout, showcasing a modern aesthetic and luxury feel. Cozy up together around the custom wood burning fireplace finished with Venetian plaster details on the surround, or settle in to watch a movie or catch the game on the large flatscreen smart TV. The home's gourmet kitchen features beautiful quartzite countertops, Viking gas stove and refrigerator, and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals, or be the grill master at your private BBQ grill on the upper deck. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, with large family dining table with seating for 8, adjacent counter seating for 3, and large sliding glass doors that lead out to the oversized deck overlooking the golf course. Leading upstairs you will find the private, high-end primary suite with a King bed, Restoration Hardware furnishings and mountain views that create a peaceful setting to relax after a perfect day in the mountains. Work remotely from the suite's home office space or relax in front of the flatscreen smart TV. The attached en suite bathroom has been completely redone with luxury finishes including premium fixtures, double vanity, custom shower, large soaking tub and walk-in closet. On the lower level of the townhome is a den with gaming arcade (not just for the kids!), large 55” smart TV, and sleeper sofa couch. Off the den is another covered deck with private hot tub, enjoy soaking after a hard day of adventuring and take in the forest views. The second guest bedroom is an additional primary suite with King bed, 55” smart TV, private en-suite bathroom with a custom steam shower. Across the way there are two more bedrooms that share an additional full bathroom with tile shower. The third guest bedroom has serene golf course fairway views, featuring a Queen bed, and smart TV. The fourth bedroom is a perfect kids' hideaway offering bunk beds with Full on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle. Additional comforts of this elegant mountain cabin include a separate laundry room with washer / dryer, and complimentary high speed WiFi throughout. Park in the two car private attached garage (garage clearance is 7' 6") plus driveway for one additional vehicle. With four bedrooms, three full baths and powder room over 3 levels, there is room to spread out, relax, and enjoy this exquisite mountain property. No smoking allowed, no pets, and a maximum of 12 people, and there are 8 steps to the front porch of the property. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Mammoth Vacay

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The location was very close to town and it was extremely quiet. It had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental

We definitely hit a home run staying here. The accommodations were not only beautiful, but immaculate with all the amenities you can dream of. The location was super convenient. I loved the high ceilings, bright kitchen and the decor/interior design was lovely. Hard to find that in some of these mountain towns. We will definitely be back! A

Felt as close to home as ever in a rental!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, I’m disappointed when renting. This was not the case with Timbers 12! It felt like it could’ve been my house. Amazing kitchen, lovely updated color palette which was very soothing to the eye. Master bath was fab! Lots of Tupperware and spices, as well as kitchen towels at the house. It’s amazing how many places offer nothing in this way, so I was very happy to have a well stocked kitchen. I almost feel like this should be a separate area to check when looking for a rental, for those of us who travel with our knives and spices and love to cook for our family, like we would at home. I realllllly wish I would’ve known there was a vacuum downstairs in the closet. I like to keep my rentals as clean as my own home. Even if there was a broom and dustpan I would’ve been happy. Luckily three families were renting in the same area, so I was able to borrow a broom from my sister. I got a lovely little welcome gift, but neither of the other homes did. I’m not sure if that’s because mine was the most expensive or had the highest security deposit, but it’s definitely something to consider when you’re renting places out. It was a nice touch, but I felt bad that I was the only one who got that. Small thing to think about. Location was great, the neighbors had a LOT of cars, luckily we had enough space even when they parked on our lawn.Loved that there were ceiling fans installed, as it was a VERY hot week in Mammoth. Would still be a good idea to stock a few fans, but that’s minor. I hate to recommend this place because I always want it available for me, but it was really great!One side note about kitchen stuff.. The gas was really high on the cooktop. Like flames coming up the sides of the pans, even on medium. And when running the dishwasher, the water pressure in the sink was annoyingly low. So if you’re hand washing dishes, do it b

The kitchen was stocked more than most rentals and the appliances are all top of the line. It was a joy to cook and grill there. The proximity to eagle lodge made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. 10/10 would definitely rent again. Thank you for such a great experience for our group.
