Ski slopes are easy to get to. Ylu can walk down to the light to take it to the mountain base and then walk down after to the cabin. Down hill both ways. Beds are really comfortable. Enjoy the place overall. Only to minor issues. The water didn't drain well in the downstairs sink and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on until the end of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. A 5-7 minute walk to Red Pine gondola or a free shuttle ride from the condo parking lot. The condo was very nice, good lay out.

We had a lovely time in Park City. Your condo was the perfect location for skiing, shopping, and long walks. We would come back again!

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and described very well. The communication was spot on. Beau, the manager, went above and beyond to help us out before and during our stay. His efforts were greatly appreciated. I would love to stay here again.

Good location, amazing views

The property is perfectly pleasant - reasonably equipped kitchen, good location, amazing view. We appreciated having a grill and the complex was very quiet. The only quirks are that two of the bedrooms are lofts (which is as advertised) so sound and light carries into them and the master has a tempurpedic mattress (which is a personal preference). Based on the responses to the other people who posted feedback, I'm a little nervous posting this but the only negative would be communication. We followed the checkout list to a t & thought we had left the unit in good shape but was contacted after that it wasn’t sufficient, which I’ve never had happen before. Most of the issues I would have thought fell under normal use after a week+ (toothpaste marks in a black sink, bathroom rug on the floor,. etc.) but I understand expectations can vary. I would recommend the property manager be very specific about what is expected and provide housekeeping tools (bathroom cleaner, toilet brushes, dish drying rack, etc.). At the end, the company “forgave” the (small) cleaning fee that they wanted to charge, but the money wasn't actually the point. The whole interaction was just odd and was an unfortunate way to end what was overall a lovely week in a lovely area.

Good location, bad Master set up and missing supplies

We have rented countless VRBO’s and have always had great experiences. I hate leaving negative reviews, and I brought our complaints directly to the owners before posting. I am a business owner and always seek to work things out directly. I’ll start with the positives - great location, convenient shuttle and clean condo. The biggest complaint is a bed with a regular headboard that is set up like a platform bed. This made for discomfort getting in and out of bed after days of skiing. The owners insist it’s a platform bed, but we disagree on this issue. Either way, it’s impossible to tell from the pics that the mattress is about 18” from the floor. Also, for a one week stay we weren’t provided with adequate supplies like paper towels and trash bags. And no hot pads or oven mitts, and just one dish towel. We could have asked about getting more of these things. But, after asking about the bed and getting the response we did, we decided not to ask about any more items. Last year we stayed at the unit next door and this year opted to pay about twice the nightly rate for the “upgrades” and what we thought looked like a nicer and newer unit. In our opinion this condo was tired, had uncomfortable upholstery, a frustrating bed situation and had no washer/dryer in the unit, even though the less expensive one from the year before had one. Please do yourself a favor and know what the set up is before booking at this condo. This is the first time I have wished our vacation was over..

We were certainly sad to see that Blair did not enjoy her stay with us, and while we recognize and appreciate Blair's thoughts and opinions, we want to be sure that our future guests understand the specifics mentioned in her review. First, the bed in the master bedroom is, indeed, a platform bed. The purchase order for the bed states "platform bed" right on it. It is true that the mattress sits lower than what some might like, at 18"; however, the standard dining chair seat is also 18" off the ground, so if one can comfortably sit on and get up from a dining chair, there should be no concern about the height of the bed. It is also important to note that there is another standard frame-style bed in the upstairs bedroom. In any case, we feel confident that our listing photos clearly show an accurate representation of the beds and their heights. Regarding the oven mitts and hot pads, had the guest reached out to let us know, we would have been more than happy to get some over to her. Blair stayed with us for a week and ran out of paper products, and again, had she reached out, we would have been happy to supply a few more products to her. We take pride in operating our business using practices that reduce our carbon footprint, so we don't leave unlimited supplies of paper products in our properties. Instead, we provide well-stocked bathrooms with 3 rolls of toilet paper each and full-size eco-friendly soaps in biodegradable bottles rather than the tiny hotel-style amenities. She mentioned that our unit does not have a washer and dryer. That is true and is clearly outlined in our listing description. Unfortunately, it seems that because we did not provide Blair with a new bed upon her request, she chose to refuse access to other opportunities for us to serve her in the same way we do all of our guests. We certainly wish this had turned out differently, but we look forward to hosting you and providing you with the same exceptional service that you can read about in our numerous other reviews. Perfect property at the base of Canyons

Perfect property for a small group at the base of Canyons Resort. A short drive or walk to the lifts and conveniently located for a short drive into Park City for a night out. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the owners had great communication and are very friendly. Thanks for such a great trip!

Good Small Ski Condo

Condo was great. As expected and described. A little small if you were to actually try to fit 6 people in it, but for myself and 3 friends it was great. Excellent location very close to Canyons base, and the property managers were super responsive.

Great spot.

Very clean, just like the pictures. Only 5 minute walk to lifts. The beds sagged a little towards the center and the showers needed to be limited to 8 minutes due to the small hot water tank. Otherwise, it was a great condo. Host were great! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Great location and beautiful views. Overall property is great. We had two young kids, 6 months and 2 years old, with us which made the loft style a bit difficult. We made it work but it would have been easier if there were separate bedrooms for all. It was advertised as a loft so that was not a surprise, just never stayed in one with young kids before. The house was clean but the carpet seemed dirty with being a rental. We used the clubhouse pool which was nice. You need to make a reservation by either calling the clubhouse or going in to sign up. We used the laundry facilities, very easy. Property managers were very responsive with any issues. We thought the house was very dry because of the heat and weather. They dropped off two large humidifiers which really helped. At the end of our stay I mentioned the kitchen needed a few new frying pans and they were going to change them out that day. I am sure if I told them earlier they would have addressed right away.

We make every effort possible in both our listing description and our messages to our guests regarding the loft and the current clubhouse restrictions due to COVID. We were happy to provide humidifiers, and we have replaced the damaged frying pans. We are also in the process of updating/upgrading all the kitchen items, all the way down to bowls, plates, and glasses.
