Fully updated, beautiful 1BR, 1Bth condo on the first floor and centrally located in Ocean Village. Everything has been updated in this unit. Living area has been expanded to include the original screened porch, so it's very large and open! Sliders lead you right out to a patio overlooking the putting green! Have your cocktails right outside your door and practice your short game! Close to tennis courts and only a 1 minute walk to the ocean, the main pool and the Tiki Bar!
French doors off the LR lead to the cozy MBR. Ample closet space in both the bedroom and the separate dressing area. Bathroom has a large shower with custom tile and custom glass shower doors. Two sinks make it easy for several people to get ready at once - one is located in the shower area, and one in the dressing area.
The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with all of the amenities you'll need to cook a memorable meal (or not!) 4 barstools at the large peninsula, and a separate table for 4 means ample seating to entertain! This unit has a FULL SIZE LG washer and dryer!
But who's staying inside? Here in OV, you'll never run out of things to do! Besides the gorgeous beach, there's a 9 hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, 6 pools, the Tiki Bar for lunch and fun drinks, a wonderful restaurant on premises, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, basketball, fitness center, library, great walking trails along A1A, and so much more! You'll never want to leave!

Cozy condo close to everything

This condo in Ocean Villages is a great location with access to lots of activity: golf, tennis, beach, tiki bar, restaurant, shuffle board, community center.

Amazing place. Amazing location.

My husband and I spent two weeks here, and it was awesome. This was the cleanest VRBO rental I have ever experienced and the location was ideal. Owner was quick to respond to any questions, and the house was fully stocked with everything needed for the beach and relaxing vacation. We will absolutely be back.

Excellent location and amenities

Ocean village has great facilities from tennis to golf and tennis and has a friendly atmosphere which made our stay so memorable. Our host Steve was a pleasure from check in (we had requested to check in early and the communication was excellent) and from the time we arrived until checkout the condo and the location was spot on. Would highly recommend this location and of course a big thank you to host Steve. Ian and Sue

Review of Ocean Villages

Upon arriving we were disappointed to find that the main pool was closed for renovations and that the pickleball courts had been closed as well. However the beach was beautiful, the remaining smaller pools were refreshing and well maintained and our condo was clean and very comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful week at Ocean Villages!

Awesome 3 months!

This is our third time staying in Ocean Village but first time in a 1 bedroom. Scott’s condo is very spacious and it had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Scott promptly replied to my inquiries. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful-Gorgeous Condo

We highly recommend this condo. This is a beautiful condo. It is clean and modern. All the amenities we needed while on vacation were available in this condo. The decor,appliances,and the extra supplies made it the perfect place to vacation for two weeks. It is a very short walk from the condo to the ocean, pool, tennis courts, and other amenities on the property. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first experience with VRBO/Home Away so we were a little nervous, yet when I opened the door to this condo , we were HOME. Beautifully designed and clean unit and a centralized location to all the activity yet nestled in a quiet area.Dana was very responsive and helpful. I’m not very easy to please but I must say, this condo has set the bar high for our next experience. We definitely will be back

Great condo

We were here almost 2 weeks. Owner very responsive but other than an Internet and DirectTV issue there were no problem. I got the Internet reset but the shared DirectTV was reset by someone in the building. If you are familiar with the complex this condo is between the 9th hole and practice greenThe executive par 3 course is well maintained. There are currently 3 pools open with the main pool reopening in 2025. Pickleball will also be back in 2025. The complex has a restaurant and a library. There are multiple tennis courts along with shuffle board and Bocce ball. There is a daily activity schedule for cards, yoga, etc. This building has assigned parking and not all buildings do so that is nice. If you enjoy coffee and don’t like a Keurig, then you might want to bring a coffee pot with you. My husband is picky

Unit is WONDERFUL!!!

The unit itself is a 10/10. Very clean, close to the beach, on putting green, next to tennis courts & main pool (still wasn't open due to not having the final inspection done). The owner of this property was great to work with. However, the listing says there are 6 pools to choose from which is not the case. There were 3 that were open, 2 of which are incredibly small and were very crowded and only 1 had a hot tub. These pools closed between 7-8pm, depending on who was in charge. The main pool has been closed for 2 years now and was supposed to open in March which is why we rented and decided to come back here. The other 2 pools are private and not usable. Ocean Village as a whole is not what it used to be. My family has owned and/or rented for over 20 years and each year it becomes more and more non-family friendly. The owners are some the of the absolute rudest people I've ever come in contact with. So bad that the security guard at the gate told us she was quitting because she's sick of being yelled at by them. The tiki bar had live music and was really fun (beside the insane amount of no-see-ums). We ate at the restaurant on property twice. The food and service was great the first time, the 2nd time, not so much. The beach is very pretty, but hard for kids to swim in due to high waves and the drop off. Sad to say, this will probably be our last visit to Ocean Village. It's very much geared toward the older crowd.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette unitĂ© qui est trĂšs moderne, trĂšs propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Scott est toujours disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos besoins. Malheureusement, la piscine principale prĂšs de la plage est hors service et pour un bon moment. Nous avons pu profiter de trois autres piscines, mais cette derniĂšre Ă©tait la seule prĂšs de la plage avec un bar. Le bar a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©ouvert rĂ©cemment sans la piscine. Adjacent Ă  l’unitĂ© il y a un bĂątiment en construction, le bruit n’est dĂ©rangeant que si vous ĂȘtes Ă  l’extĂ©rieur sur le patio. L’unitĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’un vert de pratique de golf et les prĂ©posĂ©s Ă  la pelouse travaillent tĂŽt Ă  7 h tous les matins, idem pour le court de tennis Ă©galement adjacent. Cela est Ă  considĂ©rer, si vous avez le sommeil lĂ©ger (car cela ne dĂ©rangeait pas mon Ă©pouse). Internet est adaptĂ© aux besoins de base (courriel, Netflix), il serait difficile de faire du tĂ©lĂ©travail (visio-confĂ©rence et travail simultanĂ© en ligne). Mais normalement nous n’allons pas lĂ  pour travailler ! En rĂ©sumĂ©, si vous ĂȘtes lĂšve-tĂŽt, golfeur, tennisman, pickleball
 et que vous ĂȘtes lĂ  pour vous amuser, cette unitĂ© est de qualitĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le site est agrĂ©able, la plage est belle et tranquille, mais la mer est trĂšs agitĂ©e pour se baigner. Pour les inconvĂ©nients de la construction et de la piscine, ils seront terminĂ©s un jour. Pour les bruits de tĂŽt le matin cela dĂ©pend de chacun. Cette unitĂ© est 5 Ă©toiles, mais compte tenu de la construction et de la piscine je peux mettre que 4 Ă©toiles. Suggestion, un guide du locataire papier serait requis. Merci Scott

OV beach trip

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Ocean Village in a nice 1 bedroom condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location to the main pool and tiki bar, plus right on the golf course. The owner was very cordial and pleasant to deal with.

Great experience,

The condo is perfect, very clean, great location. The condo has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, only need to bring your clothes and food. Bonus was a 24 hour guarded gate. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a amazing stay. The condo had everything we needed. My son loved the main pool and my husband visited the tiki bar daily. Beach was not far and we loved that.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described. It was nicely decorated and very clean, which was very important to me. Having the beach such a short walk was awesome , especially when traveling with a 6 month old and four year old. The pool was also steps away. It was a perfect place for a family vacation stay, the location can’t be beat!

Great time/Great weather

We had a great time. Well cared for property and well maintained. Pools were great! Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Scott was amazing to work with
always available to answer questions. Only negative was that the condo was next to putting green and lawn maintenance workers were out working early every morning. (Loud equipment)
