Beautiful Coastal Beach House. New build close to golf and beaches .

Dreamer's Holiday is a new coastal beach house built in October 2024. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 3-piece bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Primary suite contains a King bed with en-suite washroom, with sliding glass doors onto spacious deck. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans controlled by a remote.

The house faces south towards the ocean for wonderful ocean views. Sunlight permeates the vaulted great room, with a warming radiance that only PEI can offer. If you love sunsets then this is the place for you. Enjoy each evening sitting on the deck while you sip a glass of wine.

All kitchen appliances are new. The refrigerator dispenses cold water and ice for your convenience. The stove top is an induction surface. The dishwasher is whisper quiet. There is a microwave and coffee maker.

The 10-seat table is in the sunroom, adjacent to the great room. This has banquette seating, with storage containing board games and an assortment of jigsaw puzzles. The sunroom also has a double sofa bed for additional guests. Privacy can be maintained by closing sliding barn doors. A full-sized stacked washer and dryer is in the utility closet in the sunroom.

The house has a heat pump to regulate heating and cooling.

Our house is fully accessible, with hallways, bathrooms and doorways sized to accommodate wheelchairs

The beach house is equipped with an Electric Vehicle Charger. It comes with a J1772 charging plug. If you drive a Tesla or Nissan you will need an adapter. The town of Souris, located about 20 minutes away, has a 50KW fast charger otherwise.

A fantastic spot - so clean, airy, plenty of room for two families, very well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use, were much appreciated! This was our second time staying here and we would not hesitate to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Dreamers Holiday. everything was very new and clean and comfortable. there were 7 adults in our party and everyone had a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The host was so great to communicate with very quick to respond. We had cold rainy weather in PEI unfortunately but the home was warm and cozy and really made our stay most enjoyable. Kitchen is very well stocked for feeding a large family. The location was also perfect for ocean views, sunsets and sunrise and beautiful beaches nearby. Thank you David and Jacqueline we may visit again!

The property is beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well-appointed (from cookware to linens). The hosts were very responsive and check-in was very easy and convenient. There was a small scheduling error with respect to check-out but it was resolved quickly, and overall we would recommend staying here. It’s a lovely cottage in a great location!

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful cottage with our miniature Golden Doodle. The entire house was clean and lovingly cared for. We settled in very easily! The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated having space in the pantry for our food items.We enjoyed spending time in the sunroom and eating our meals out there with the beautiful ocean views.The neighbourhood is very quiet and the lawn was large for walking our dog.The location is excellent for exploring the Points East Coast (Montague, Point Prim, Basin Head, Souris, St Peter’s Bay). It’s a short drive to Clam Diggers which is an excellent, and very popular, restaurant.We would happily return to this exceptional cottage without hesitation.

Beautiful, brand new place that looks exactly like the photos! We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the beach toys provided for kids, and the amazing sunsets you can watch from the living room. Such a quick 30 minute hop to Basin Head beach, and only an hour from Charlottetown. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a chic beach retreat!

We stayed for 3 nights and the house is excellent and has everything you need. Communication with David and Jacqueline was excellent and quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chair and overlooking the bay from the patio. I would recommend this property to everyone and we look forward to returning

Beautiful and clean property with everything you need. Was spacious enough for a family of 4 2 grand parents. We had an amazing time running on the nearby trails with the sunset, the ocean and rose bushes!

We had a really great time this weekend. There were great amenities, lots of seating, and lots of kitchen supplies - which made our stay super easy. Great view of the water, so beautiful. Kid friendly too. We wish there was a queen or double rather than two singles in the third room for connivence. And service was bad in the area, but the internet worked great. Overall, a lovely stay on the island.

Dreamer’s Holiday was the perfect setting for our family reunion. The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and clearly built to a very high standard - we were all impressed by the quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.Accessibility was essential for our dad, and the spacious layout, wide hallways, and accessible bathroom made the stay comfortable and easy for him. We were also delighted that our dog could join us, which made the reunion feel truly complete.The kitchen was extremely well equipped for a large family gathering, with all the utensils, cookware, bakeware, appliances, and food basics we needed. We were able to prepare and enjoy family meals together without needing to bring or purchase many additional supplies.The large dining area was ideal for gathering everyone around one table, and the bright, open living spaces made the cottage feel welcoming and comfortable. The ocean views were beautiful, and we loved having such convenient access to nearby beaches. We also greatly appreciated having access to the EV charger.The cottage’s is close to the Inn at Bay Fortune, where our family enjoyed the FireWorks Feast - an extraordinary afternoon and evening culinary experience and a true gastronomic extravaganza.Dreamer’s Holiday is a thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-equipped home. It exceeded our expectations and was truly the perfect place for our family to reconnect! Highly recommend!

Dave and Jacqueline’s property is nothing short of amazing! It is quiet, tranquil and the light is ever changing. The views from the property are incredible, there is a beach just past Sally’s beach (2.2 miles from the house), the beach is quiet and absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is very comfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies, the well stocked kitchen was a great help and we were able to cook many meals at home. We were able to enjoy the bike trail from St. Peter’s to Morell (beautiful views, well maintained), basin head beach, kayaking in Montague, all highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay, don’t hesitate to book this property!

We have been travelling to PEI for 35 years to enjoy the sun, sand, friendliness, and peace that the island extends in abundance. We finally decided to build a place of our own on this magical island. We love having golf courses, hiking/biking trails, and several beaches just minutes away. At the end of each day is a glorious sunset to enjoy.

We love the east end of the island. It is a little off the beaten track but oozes with island charm. The ferry to Iles de la Madeleine is about a 20 minute drive, offering a chance to adventure to another beautiful island. We enjoy close access to beach walks. This is our favourite place to unwind.

Our property is newly built with modern amenities. Its doors, hallways, and bathrooms accommodate wheelchairs. We drive electric vehicles and installed an EV charger for the convenience of our visitors. Our cottage is very spacious and bright. Each window offers gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding meadows.
