Guests occupy the entire apartment ( one of three apartments in the building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.

The bedroom is your peaceful recharge zone: comfy bed, tasteful coastal decor (think soft neutrals, breezy linens), and that serene ambiance perfect for crashing after beach days or village adventures. Rest up, wake up refreshed. Living room goals: plush sofa sleeper for extra guests or movie marathons, plus a big TV loaded with streaming apps (your Netflix/Hulu/whatever queue is ready to go). This apartment is part of a building with neighbors and other units close by — please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.
For your security, please keep doors and windows locked when you're out, and avoid leaving valuables outside or on walkways.
The laundry room is a shared space. Markon Semi isn't able to take responsibility for valuables lost or stolen there.
The garage is also shared, and the same applies — Markon Semi can't be held responsible for items lost or stolen from this common area. Unit B does not have a parking spot in the garage.
A Ring doorbell is installed on the property for added security.
This home isn't childproofed, and some windows or features may not be tempered or safety glass. We ask that children be personally supervised at all times to avoid the risk of injury. By staying here, you agree to take full responsibility for the safety of any children or guests in your party, including for any accidents or injuries, regardless of cause.
We're close to a construction site that's active Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. We know this can be disruptive, and while it's outside our control, we wanted you to know ahead of time.
If you leave something behind, let us know — we're happy to mail it back if you cover the shipping cost. We can't guarantee we'll catch everything, though, so it's worth doing a final sweep before you go.
