Spacious beachfront retreat for 13

Sunset Place is a breathtaking 3-story beachfront retreat. This spacious haven features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 3 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable accommodation for up to 13 people. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. There is also a private charcoal grill located under the house carport, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

The second floor hosts the master suite, a true sanctuary with a king bed, private jetted bathroom, double vanity sink, TV, wardrobe closet, and office table. The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a half bathroom, smart TV, fireplace, and plush sofa sets. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with a toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, Keurig, and all of the essentials. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8 and 4 counter stools adjacent to the table, or out on the balcony and take in the stunning beach views.

Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find additional sleeping quarters perfect for family and friends. A king bedroom with a TV and wardrobe closet shares a bathroom with a combination tub/shower with a double bed just outside the rooms. Another queen bedroom with a TV and couch shares a combination tub/shower bathroom and double vanity sink with three twin beds, with TV and wardrobe closet.

Sunset Place offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. Whether you're lounging on the balcony, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, or exploring the nearby attractions, this home promises a memorable stay filled with comfort and style.

Beautiful house!! Very spacious! The kitchen had everything you would possibly need for the week. The beverage fridge and the ice maker are a high bonus. The washer and dryer are very fast. I’ve stayed in many houses in the area and this is the best!! I will rent every year if available!!

The house is clean and very spacious for our family while keeping everyone close together. Access to the beach is directly out of the door and in Mid June, it is like having your own private beach. This is our 3rd year and have already booked next year. Our Grandkids are making beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to Bender and the owners of the property for having us. We absolutely love it.

It was the perfect stay!!! We had 6 adults and 5 kids 6 and under ! Our favorite place to be was on the huge porch!!! It was perfect!!

Right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Place. It was as advertised. A spacious house right on a quiet stretch of beach. Easy to drive into Gulf Shores for restaurants and groceries, but far enough from the condos to avoid the crowds. We loved eating our meals on the deck watching the ocean. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities…with a spectacular view…. right on the beach. Lots of room to spread out. You do need to jump in the car every time you want to visit a restaurant or bar. Nothing is within walking distance If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect

The only complaint I have is that we were not aware that leaving a tent and chairs on the beach at night would result in them being taken during the night by the city.

The City of Gulf Shores does have certain beach requirements in order to protect the sea turtles; as such there is signage on Highway 59 and on the beaches to notify beach guests. Upon arrival to the unit there was still what appeared to be chicken crust on the rug in the living room and we attempted to vacuum it up but neither of the vacuums worked. The ice maker didn’t work either. Overall, we loved that the balcony had the locking gate on it due to traveling with two toddlers. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved that the unit was located right on the beach!

You could see for miles and enjoy the waves coming ashore. The extra Cooler for Sunny D - Hawaiian Punch - Sodas was great. The extra ice maker was great - Beds were amazingly comfortable. The washer & dryer were used regularly & glad we had them. We enjoyed the mornings, afternoon, evenings and nights on the beach. One of our sons doesn't like water BUT he said the place was "Awesome!!" Bender Realty Staff was Great & we had NO issues at all with Sunset Place. Thanks & May God Bless!!!

Needs to be cleaned

After we walked in the house, we immediately went to Walmart to purchase some cleaning supplies. Three of us spent over 3 hours mopping the floor and scrubbing the entire first floor. I changed the water halfway through the mopping due to it was just to gross to continue to use. The table, chairs, couch all had to be cleaned before we could bring in our clothes. The upstairs bathroom had soap residue on the ledge and toothpaste down the front of the drawer. We also had to remove the rug under the bed in one of the bedrooms due to the odor. The deck and outside furniture were really nice, and we spent as much time as possible outside. This would be a nice house if it was cleaned. We enjoyed the deck and the beach.

The view from the deck is phenomenal We saw dolphins, a shark, manta rays and all kinds of fish! It's just steps ti the beach. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the deck. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to deal with and very helpful.
