This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.

Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site.

Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation, No refund of any fees paid.

Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.


Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.

The view and accommodation was as described and it was breathtaking. Clean and well stocked with all we needed. My only hiccup was with the fob for the front door not working and getting highly stressed that we could not get back in the door on our return from an outing. Airkeeper advise was for me to go and source a watch/fob battery at 6.43pm on a Sunday night

We stayed for 7 nights at the beginning of January. House was in walking distant to cafes and restaurants. Layout of house was great. The view was outstanding. Host was very accommodating to our requests. Communication with Airkeeper was fantastic also!

Weekend away

Unfortunately there were quite a few things to make a note of for the property owners/manager:1) Dead rat in the toilet bowl meant no one checked the property before we arrived to make sure it was cleaned properly.2) The house needed fine tune cleaning. We found multiple areas that were not up to the level of standard it should have been.3) Air conditioning for the whole house was not good enough. the bedrooms should have some sort of aircon or at least some heating. I would not stay in that house in summer.4) No blinds in the living area. The morning sun is too bright and blinds are necessary. They do not have to be blockout blinds, just see through shades.5) TV setup is terrible - not enough aps to select from, it should have free-to-air chanels available, more streaming service. We had to mirrror through our phones to watch something. Not good enough for this day and age of technology and cost effective smart tvs available.6) No floor mats available in bathrooms.7) Kitchen utensils not good enough, no available plastic containers when having left over food to store, cheap cuttlery, etc.

View entirely as promised. Parking egress very awkward given slope and small space, and visible garage not useable so no vehicle protection or security. Bedrooms very hot in Summer despite fans. Kitchen, living and bathrooms well equipped with A/C in kitchen/living. Quiet given ocean outside but no quick access to Priest's Beach down the cliff. Easy access to town and beaches otherwise. Negligible traffic noise. Vrbo/Stayz prompt to deal with problems, over phone, e.g. we were given the wrong entry code in the welcome e-mail. Front door closure and lock need maintenance. Did I mention the superb view?
