New cottage with pool and walkable to downtown/beach

Thanks for checking out our vacation home! Built in 2020, Fort North is located at the end of a dead end street in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The house is walkable to everything- 3 blocks from Main Street downtown, 6 blocks from beach. It overlooks the Galien River Marsh with spectacular views from the balcony. Relax on the sprawling front porch and enjoy the sunset over the marsh or choose to eat dinner on the back patio.
We are located just minutes away from restaurants like The Stray Dog and Caseys as well as the grocery store, quaint downtown shops, and the public beach. Our favorite is enjoying strawberry ice cream at Nancy's after a late afternoon walk. Just steps away, you can spend the day chilling at the private heated association pool. Close to the local casino, wineries, and breweries, the house is designed for large groups and the neighborhood is family friendly. The kitchen/dining area has seating for 12 and in includes a stocked kitchen with a gas stove and custom cabinets. The living room features a gas fireplace, perfect for curling up with a book. There is an additional living space with bar, table, and beverage fridge in the basement. You will love the peaceful, relaxing vibe our house has!
