Lenell Rental

This is our second year at the same condo and have fallen in love with the people. The rental, pool and complex is extremely clean, quiet and within walking distance for all our needs. We hope to return yearly.

Florida condo

The property was one the cleanest places we stayed. Just wish it was closer to the beach you really have to drive to the beach. If you walk there isn’t any beach access. Would love to stay again but I really need to be able to walk out my door and be on the beach.

Perfect stay,

The condo was perfect for our stay. The location was nice, very quiet. Unfortunately the area is still going through revitalization from the hurricanes. There was really nothing within walking distance that was open. We needed to get in the car to go dinner. It wouldn’t keep us from staying here again, just helpful to know!

Thank you for the opportunity to host you and your family Linda. We appreciate your understanding as the beach continues to rebuild from hurricane Ian in 2022. There are many wonderful spots open on the beach now, and plenty of parking near most restaurants and shops on the beach fortunately for those who need to drive! We hope you will consider visiting and staying with us again as we continue to rebuild and more and more places open back up on the island!

Winter break

The condo property was very clean and quiet at night…The unit we rented was the perfect size for the two of us for a week…the only minor issue was the bathroom shower drain being plugged the first time that we used it…we enjoy Ft Myers Beach and would rent here again
