This was a convenient and fun location. Within 10 miles of a small town( Addison) that features a DG, grocery store (Hyatts has the best chicken fingers and potato wedges- Jo Jo potatoes ) , auto parts store , Jack's fast food. It is also near to the Bankhead Forest: trails to several waterfalls, Brushy Lake and the little natural bridge. Seven adults fit perfectly as the dining table expanded and the social rooms (living and kitchen were large enough to accomodate us all at the same time) [ I could see twice as many people fitting when you consider the patio table and chairs just the other side of the dining window (so both with a view of the water.). On the water subject , nice decent size pier with a slide (also one smaller one on the walkway down the back yard towards the pier). There is a view of the water , but it is more of a slough /slew/ like a water driveway for the residents upstream. Some trees/structure added for fish habitat with schools swimming by. Canadian geese present but didn't stick around. Having an individual with some social anxiety , I will say the small bed in the master closet worked very well for their privacy when needed - I could see the closet shelving removed and an entertainment/art station installed in that space would be perfect then. The house's climate control system worked optimally as there were controls on both floors . Beds were comfortable. The host was available by message easily. More TV sets would've been nice in the bedrooms.
