If you are going to the area to do things like Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, horseback riding, 7 Falls, Manitou Springs and similar activities, this house is in the perfect location, it was less than a 10 minute drive to all those places (side note it would take about an hour to drive to the top of Pike's Peak from here but that is only because that is a road with 150 hairpin turns as you climb about 7,000 feet. In addition to that, we were also less than 10 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. The house itself has off-street parking, which is nice. The 4 bedrooms were great (2 bedrooms and 1 bath are located in the basement), The beds were all comfortable, and everything worked as it should. I really cannot say enough good things about the property. It is highly recommended.

They thought of nearly everything for this property and we loved every minute! We had to change dates at the last minute and they worked with us quickly and made everything so easy! The only thing we recommend is fans for the rooms. We are from Texas and missed having a fan. Everything was great and the location was wonderful! Would stay here again.

Host was very quick to answer questions. This is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. Even a mixer, an air fryer and a crockpot. Perfect for cooking dinners in. Close to many attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

The main floor was great. There were two good sized windows and a decent-sized maroon. The bathroom was dated but was definitely adequate.The one concern we had was the lower level. The stairs were very steep, the floor was uneven and there were no regressed windows in case of a fire. I think the house is a great value for a part of 4, however, the lack of regressed windows was very concerning. Had we known this from the beginning we would probably not have reserved it for a party of six.

What a GREAT stay!

This home is a great mix of 1950's nostalgia and modern updates. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. It worked perfectly for our group, great location. Within walking distance for Territory Days! Absolutely loved our stay here!!

This place was great! Lots of room for 4 of us & the beds were very comfortable. There were general supplies provided such as coffee & snacks which was lovely. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store & the old district. Communication was quick & friendly. Would recommend this location to others!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this house. The neighborhood is very cute and it’s also close to OCC. It was clean and well appointed. The extra supplies and snacks provided by the host were appreciated.

Great Location, comfortable stay!

Very comfortable house, had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, able to walk to restaurants and shops. We really appreciated the extras-coffee,snacks, cooking basics and soap and shampoo. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to everything. House is older but well maintained and loved that they younger adults and kids had their own separate space. The basement had 2 bedrooms, bath and their own living area. We had deer visit every morning and evening.

Comfortable place near Garden of the Gods

This was a great place in a wonderful location. There was room enough for 8 full grown people and 2 small children. The kids played in the back yard and everyone was able to stroll the neighborhood. We actually walked to Garden of the Gods one morning, though a drive would have been a better option. The place is also close to the Red Rock area. I would consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.

It is a cute and cozy place. This place met all my expectations. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of linens and towels. I appreciated the K-cups for the coffee and the creamer available because I forgot to bring my own. Thank you! They guys raided the snacks available. One of my sons bought steaks and grill worked for him. We all recommend and would stay there again. Also, restaurants , coffee shops, and souvenir shops all within walking distance.
