Fun view of the harbor with a lot happening. The float planes and water taxis were unique to any place we have stayed. The pickle boat ballet was a hoot. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Confortable and we had all we needed.

Harbourview is a wow experience.,Marylou is so warm & welcoming &!left no stone unturned when showing me around the property & how everything works. Her place is just A1 in every respect. It has an amazing panoramic view of Victoria’s Inner Harbour & all its activities and is therefore a very bright place. Every room is immaculate & hugely comfortable especially the bed. There was also a lovely welcome on arrival. Communicated with Marylou is very easy & instant. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent & all within a short walking distance. Location couldn’t be better When I return to Victoria I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Location and view… so amazing! This property is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The view is from every window. We had an amazing time watching all the comings and goings of the water taxis, float planes, rowers, tug boats, and more. We were even surprised with a pod of orcas that happened into the harbour one day.Marylou and Brent are great hosts. Everything is close by, including a grocery store, liquor store, tons of restaurants, and even a water tax stop. As listed, the second bedroom has a sofa bed. I can’t remember if they said there was no closet, but it’s easy enough to manage, especially when you can lay in bed and look at the water. Highly recommend this property and host!

Yes we outline in our listing that our second bedroom has a queen pullout and the closets are in the magnificent hall of mIrrors leading to the main bathroom! Perhaps Brent may not have covered that detail with you?? We have a sideboard and 2 empty bureaus at your disposal as well!! Sorry if we missed that detail for you! It‘s a luxurious and comfortable space with lots of closets and cabinets for all of your belongings!! Please come back and spread out in all the glory next time!! ! 🥰

Clean, kitchen well stocked, paper products supplied but no facial tissue, bathrooms need upgrading - low toilets and no walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and great view.

We appreciate your feedback. We have now installed a brand new shower head in the main bath as well as new toilet seats in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were freshly painted immediately prior to your arrival! We do not provide facial tissues as a rule but if you had requested them we would have happily obliged. The listing clearly shows and describes the 4-piece bath with shower for both luxuriously appointed bathrooms. We do not show that we have handicap rated bathrooms with higher toilets or a walk- in shower. Clearly we made ourselves available for your every demand. Included extra laundry detergent for example on your request, installed an orthopaedic base structure on the pull out Queen bed based on your concerns prior to arrival etc. Although you had damaged the electric blind we attended to it immediately. Our goal as hosts is to make your stay as close to perfect as possible! We represent our property with integrity: extraordinary photo coverage and detailed lists of exactly what we provide. Unfortunately it appears we could not make your stay ‘perfect’ no matter how hard we tried!

This property is everything you could ask for to enjoy your stay in downtown Victoria!The location is perfect. It’s within easy walking to the Parliament, Royal BC Museum, parks, restaurants, shopping and on and on. The condo deck is lovely to relax and watch all the different watercraft going about their day. We even enjoyed an otter playing on the wharf directly below. It’s an absolutely wonderful place and we plan on returning!

This condo is perfect for a stay in Victoria! It’s comfortable and well appointed and the location is fantastic. Watching the sunset from the balcony is such a nice way to end a busy day. We loved keeping tabs on the local otter and seal. Marylou is an excellent host. We’ll definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and we loved the modern décor, tasteful artwork, and "the spectacular view". The home had every convenience we could have wanted—and so much more. We especially appreciated all the wonderful recommendations. Discovering delicious chocolate, visiting the beautiful marina, and enjoying the excellent restaurants you suggested made our trip even more memorable. Most of all, the genuine hospitality from owners truly elevated our Vancouver Island adventure. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel less like guests and more like friends, and we are so grateful for the care they put into making our stay exceptional. Happy Travels.

This suite was even more stunning than the photos depicted. Fully equipped and modern with absolutely stunning views. Convenient walking distance to all downtown amenities but there is also secure underground parking. We were even able to cook a full turkey dinner

This property was perfect for my family of 4 (me, wife, kids 16 & 15) for a week of vacation in June 2026. Marylou is a wonderful host who provides wonderful communication including her guide of places to see and eat in and around Victoria. The condo is in a perfect location to see the downtown sites of Victoria. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby you won’t even need a car, but if you do have a car, there is free underground parking included. The condo itself is beautiful and the view of the bay is amazing. The pictures provided in the listing don’t even do it justice. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the sun, waves and creatures. Truly a lasting memory from this trip. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our breakfast and the few meals we did eat at home.

Absolutely perfect accommodation from all perspectives. Clean, bright, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could possibly need. Stunning Harbour views from every room. Walking distance to tons of attractions and restaurants. 5 Stars!

Wonderful Escape to the Inner Harbor!

We stayed in this lovely home for several days while exploring Victoria. The unit is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was such fun to sit on the deck to watch the activity in the harbor. The unit is very centrally located to all the fun things Victoria has to offer. Should be lucky enough to visit again, we will stay at Harborview!

Victoria Inner Harbour and historic district is abuzz with activity! Every type of water travel at your literal door! Great restaurants from easy, fast take-away to Michelin recommended dining are also minutes from our Harbourview Home! Museums, tours, heliports and seaplanes, kayak and boat rentals, golf, hiking, beaches, shopping, art galleries, music/dance/ performance venues, fabulous gardens, castles and English Tea Houses and Pubs.. it’s all here! Our nights are peaceful and serene sitting directly above the water with total privacy!
