A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning services can also be arranged on an hourly basis to suit your needs.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees apply for schedule modifications, provided 30 days' written notice of your departure date is submitted.
