Such a beautiful home! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Communication was easy and excellent from beginning to end, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and truly felt at home. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The house was very spacious and beautiful. The location was great and the customer service I received from Blue Sky Villas was outstanding!! My only minor complaint was the theater room TV was small. Other than that everything was nice and I would rent with this company again.

Extended Family Vacay 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserving and paying for the villa was very easy. The villa had all the comforts of Home. More than enough space for everyone. The garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work due to electrical issues. A maintenance worker came out and ran an extension cord from the dishwasher to an electrical outlet in order for the dishwasher to work. There was an electrical issue in the laundry room which cost and another extension cord to be ran across the floor of the house from the laundry room to the main hall area. These were the disasters we faced. These electrical issues were never fixed during the entire time we occupied the home.

Family Reunion Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly like the pictures. The resort extras were top notch, and the family particularly loved the water park and the gym facilities. We liked the number of extras that were included in the rental price such as the bar, the tennis courts, mini golf, snack shop, etc. We would definitely choose to stay at this location again. At the house, the private pool and hot tub were very nice to have. So relaxing after a long day on the town. The price is very affordable for the number of people per night, which was less than we would have paid for a hotel. The Blue Sky Villas reservation customer support staff were exceptional. The team provided quick and detailed responses to the questions we had prior to arrival, which were many for this group's first-time house rental. The kids loved the house, and the only negative comment to share is the minimal sound barrier between the top and main floors.

Great Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious. There were a few small darkish stains on the carpets in the downstairs bedrooms (looked more like stains from normal wear and tear) but we did notify them of this. It was great that Blue Sky provided a couple packs of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and trash bags. This really helped out during our stay. Our boys loved the themed bedrooms and the pool. We did spend a decent amount of time in the pool and it was heated very nicely. The game room in the garage was so much fun. We had a chance to show our boys the video games hubby and I played growing up and our oldest actually played them! It was great! There were a couple of incidences during our stay but Blue Sky took care of it right away. A nice perk was that we had access to the clubhouse and spent a few days at the pools there as well. Overall this was a pleasant place to stay.

The house was located in a decent location with plenty to do. The house was spacious, but most of the rooms did not have dressers or bathrooms, which you have to come out of the rooms. There was good amount of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The communication with the host was top notch, responding to every message at an appropriate time.
