Great house on the canal! Bedroom setup was perfect. Lots to do inside and outside. We loved the pool, hot tub, pool table, game room and mini golf! Kitchen and great room were perfect plus the outdoor covered porch.

The home was very beautiful. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable beds. We did have some issues but it was resolved quickly. You really need some new pans the old ones are not a good quality and beat up. Also it would be nice if you left some items there such as salt n pepper and some seasoning.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

The house is amazing, spacious, and with plenty of amenities. It is also beautifully decorated. The managers were super rapid and nice and to respond to all our queries. We would definitely recommend and come back soon!

This property is perfect for a family vacation. There is so much to do. Your kids can not say they are bored. There is so many things to do in the house and on the property. There is the pool for swimming and relaxing, lots of outdoor games inside there is also a game room. Outside there is speakers for you to play music and hangout. There is a grill if you wanna cook. The canal is beautiful to look at. The beach is so close maybe 3 min walk. They had a wagon and chairs we used. We rented umbrellas from beachbum rentals for the week. Where you access the beach from this house is a quieter area on the beach then the public access location which, I really liked. The beach is soft sand. Water was clear and beautiful. The sunsets here are amazing. You are walking distance to some shops, ice cream and restaurants. We had two very small issues and they came and fixed them right away. We had a great vacation and would rent this house again. We cant wait to go back.

Disappointed

House and pool were lovely. Beds, linens, pillows were terrible. Very uncomfortable- poor quality sheets, Dirty rugs. Very disappointed! Scrimped on everything! No amenities- no hospitality! No return call. No response to email. A property of this status should be held to standards of a nice resort.

However when we spoke with our team regarding your stay, we found that they had in fact responded very quickly to your messages and concerns. And in response to a lack of amenities - this waterfront home is absolutely jam-packed with them: new beds with new bedding, private pool, state of the art game room, a dock, and much much more. If toiletries are what you are referring to instead, we do only provide a starter kit at time of check in but our Guest Services team did discuss this with you when questioned. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you will return to enjoy our home in the future.

BEST place for a family get-together.

We stayed for 8 nights with our 4 now adult kids and 2 of their partners in May 25. We LOVED this house. It had everything. Comfy beds, great facilities, large workable kitchen, a couple of minutes to the beach, lovely pool and spa, fishing on site, putting green, pool table, video games for competitive family games (Mum here won on pinball....3 million!), lovely porch and deck. SO much space for us all to do our own thing and all come together. It even had an annoying pool alarm on every door that we could make each other do 10 push ups every time we set it off! :-D Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We had an absolutely brilliant time and we were all sad to say goodbye....until next time! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing home with us. Top tip! If you want to take a fishing trip and don't have your own boat, call Captain Andre and he will come pick up from the house dock, drop you back and clean the fish and dock for you. And then all you have to do is grill it there on the bbq.

EVERYTHING YOU'D WANT

Bikinis and Martinis is the ultimate Florida Spring Break family experience. The home is very tastefully appointed. Everything clean and in good working order. Location on Anna Maria could not be better. Less than 5 minutes from front door to toes in the gulf water.
