Had a great stay here at this property. Everything was seamless and the property was exactly as described. We had just a minor issue with our door code not working during check in but it was remedied within seconds which was very much appreciated. The waterfront amenities make this location perfect for lake activities. We cooled off in the lake every day after some hot late summer days. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook many meals. Check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. The property is spacious with ample bathrooms to accommodate a larger group. Property management was very attentive and instantly responded to any questions or requests we had. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again should we return to the area.

Beautiful property! Plenty of room for our big family. My favorite room was the Arkansas room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would and probably will rent again.I would bring your own beach towels. There are 2 in the village. Small one, Desoto beach close by and a larger one Balboa beach about 15 minutes away. If you need a fun place to eat, The Sand Trap is right outside the West gate. They have music bingo on Saturdays and Thursdays and the Owner, Amy is a sweetheart. She was wonderful.

Sparkling Lake Views

We so enjoyed our time at 41 Empinado Way. There was such a roomy feel to this large home with beautiful lake views from almost every room! It accommodated our large group very well.

Great memories

We had a wonderful stay! The house was big and roomie! The kids really enjoyed the canoe and kayak. We really just enjoyed our trip!

Wonderful stay. Everything was as shown and listed. View of the lake is spectacular. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. Chris the property manager was great to work with!

Vacation

Wonderful place for a family. 2nd trip to Hot Springs Village, this time on different lake and was pleasantly surprised difference in lakes. This place the water was deep for swimming and fishing. We had small ones and adults. The boat dock was very new along with the steps leading to it. House was perfect!!! We will definitely be coming here again.

Family Gathering

Great house and space for our yearly family gathering of 12 . This is the 4th year to stay at this property. Love the well equiped kitchen.for family meals. The new game room was fun. Great dock for swimming and fishing, The new stairs to the dock made it so much easier to maneuver the steep incline. The kids missed some of the water toys that were not available this trip.We look forward to staying here again next year.

Lovely stay

The home itself is beautiful with great views. Could not have been more perfect. We were surprised by the very steep driveway and had some difficulty getting out of it when it was raining! Also, I suggest double-checking ahead of time if you are counting on the parking for "3 cars in the garage" which is advertised. We were asked to not use it once we were there.

Overall good experience

Pros: -The property manager let us check in about two hours early and I appreciate that so much!-The location is gorgeous -It accommodated our family of 9 really well-well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding and even had some spices available, as well as coffeeThings to consider:-The picture in the area show things to do in the community, which we were excited about. But I didn’t expect that the community would be so BIG! You can’t just walk to the pool or recreation center, you have to drive as it’s about 4 miles away. That was kind of a bummer-The driveway is STEEP. There are rocks on the side when you drive in that we were afraid we were going to hit because you couldn’t see the driveway when you turned in. If you plan on going when it’s raining or snow- I would def not stay here. The roads around it are tight and curvy.-The kids had a blast on the boat dock but my goodness be prepared for a million stairs. That was rough. It would be nice to have chairs down there to sit in, as well as a fire pit for smores somewhere on the property. -The beds really need to be replaced. They were very hard and uncomfortable. The upstairs one has a dip in it and the ones downstairs are incredibly uncomfortable. One made noise and moved everytime you got in and out. The last night my husband had to sleep on the couch due to the bed. The furniture was fine but all could use updating. They have been really well loved.-Lastly, things there close early or aren’t open during the week. So the Marina restaurant in the community wasn’t open til Thursday. The beach area closes anywhere from 2pm-4pm, as well as the pool- it closed at 6pm.Overall, nice area and we had a great vacation but I thought I would put that up there just so you have more insight into your decision

From the owner: "I'm glad you had a great vacation and enjoyed the beauty of that area of Arkansas. I'm sorry to hear that a few amenities did not meet your standards. In the property description, we provide a link to the map of the Village to show the location of the facilities. Also, there are photos of the stairs to the lake, installed in Fall 2024, and there is still a pathway if guests prefer. The mattresses in the primary bedroom (King) and the bunk room are all less than a year old; I'm sorry to hear you did not like the comfort provided. Take care!"
