Rules & Regulations:



- No Smoking in unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)

- No grills/open flames allowed on porch or within 10ft of building

- Must be at least 25 years of age to rent

- No Trailers, RV's, or ATV's Allowed in Parking Lot

- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)

- Small (under 30 pounds) dogs may be considered with individual approval and $200+ pet fee (added to reservation after approval). Please contact for approval before reserving as we need to know the breed, age and weight of your dog. Pets friendly with permission. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm during the period of May 1st to Labor Day.

- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.



You will arrive to find beds made, towels in place, bathroom tissue and a basket of household supplies on hand.



Surfside Beach is the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the Surfside area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

Property as listed, and we enjoyed our stay. Good communication with host. The unit provided all the general basics. No outer storage area for beach gear, etc, but the unit did have 4 beach chairs and some beach amenities tucked in the laundry room..

This condo is in a great location with an ocean view from the deck as well as the main bedroom. Beach access is beside the complex. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Location location location!!! This place has amazing views!!! Steps away from the pool and the beautiful beach!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Loved that the pups were welcome. We will definitely be back!!

The Beach Without The Chaos

We love the beach it feels like home. This was the perfect place to be for us. We are quiet and prefer homes to hotels. This condo was beautifully situated on the beach. It was spacious with lots of amenities to make us feel at home. I could have every door and window opensmd feel the ocean breeze, 1 minute walk out the door and I was in the beach clean and quiet. I could have stayed forever. We've already booked our next trip and can't wait. We had easy access to any help we needed, phone numbers text we were never without a way to reach out and got quick friendly replies always.

Excellent location and great view

This condo is ocean front with a view from the living room, porch, and primary bedroom. Clean unit, easy check in and responsive management company.

Gorgeous views!

All about location and this condo did not let us down! Beautiful views of the Atlantic from patio and master bedroom. Literally steps from the beach. Very nice interior, clean and comfy. Only con is this specific unit is next to the pool filter (noisy) but the view makes up for it. Bring extra toliet paper, only 1 roll for each restroom. Definitely recommend, would definitely stay again!

Heaven

The property was very clean. We did have to call maintenance for a toliet that would not flush. They fixed the problem fast and were very nice. We hope to stay at this property again soon.

Property had an odor

The property had an odor and there were 4 towels provided for a week stay. We did purchase more towels and fabreeze at a close by Walmart.

Hey Kathaleen - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We apologize for any issues you encountered during your stay. We always encourage our tenants to reach out if ANYTHING is wrong. The number of towels provided correlates with the number of tenants stated on the reservation (as there is a washer/dryer available in the unit). Beach/pool towels are not provided, as stated in the property description, and if housekeeping accidentally left the wrong number of towels, we're always more than happy to run more out. As far as the smell is concerned, housekeeping didn't mention anything about a smell in the unit while cleaning before your arrival. We offered to send maintenance out to investigate, but you stated you had purchased an air freshener and were fine. Upon your departure, housekeeping AND maintenance were unable to smell anything out of the ordinary - so it's possible that the smell was due to an adjacent condo or environmental factor that resolved itself during your stay. Either way, we hope you were still able to enjoy the beach, fantastic restaurants, and the gorgeous balcony sunsets during your stay!

Perfect for quick beach access!

The location was the best! First floor, close to the pool and beachfront. The view from the balcony was perfect! Beds were very comfortable. Pet friendly with approval, and on a quiet street. Beach was not crowded and easily accessible. As another review said, the living room may not accommodate 7 adults (1 chair and one sofa) but other than that, it was a nice place. A few things would make for a perfect stay - in the kitchen - there was only one dish towel, and 6 dinner plates, and no baking dishes.

Great place to stay!!

The location of the unit was perfect!! While we didn’t do a lot of cooking the kitchen seems to have everything needed if you want to cook meals. The unit was very clean. Everything was described well with no hidden issues. The beds were comfortable which is really important to us!! There is an extra fan that we used in the master bedroom which is handy because the room does heat up due to the great views of the beach!! The team at itrip is wonderful to work with. They are extremely friendly. The only things I would suggest, which were not deal breakers for me, would be a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. The smaller room did not have a mirror which would have been nice. Finally I do think that the unit needs a larger couch, maybe an L shape or at least another chair so that 4-5 can sit comfortably. We had bagged chairs that we used (pushed the table over a smidge) and it worked for our family of 5 adults. Like I said, this was not a deal breakers but just be aware that while the unit might be able to sleep 7 people there’s not enough seating for 5-7 people. We would stay again!!! I think anyone staying will want to return as well!!

Home Away From Home

This has been an amazing week. We absolutely love this condo, it is the perfect size for myself,y daughter and husband. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. This is a great location to be able to enjoy the beach in a relaxed quiet way. You're away from the hustle of the main strip but still close enough to go anywhere you want in just a few minutes. There are tons of places to eat around being that this is a condo you can make food with complete kitchen all utensils and plates that you could need are included. Pots, pans glasses toasters everything is here. If you wanted to you don't have to leave here for a moment. The weather has been beautiful but even on the days when it was raining we were able to sit and enjoy the quiet beautiful scenery right from patio which is immediately in front of the beach. You can fall asleep at night to the sounds of the Waves wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean and the sunset. We've already booked our third trip here and we will continue to come back to this location. Everything from booking to check in and check out is organized easy and I always feel well cared for. Mandy is fantastic and is always there and ready to handle any concerns I might have.

Beach view was awesome, Excellent parking and location of the pool. The location of the property was perfect for getting around to stores and restaurant's. It's very laid back and you don't have all the people and car's around you like at Myrtle Beach!! It was well worth the money and time to have a great place to get away for vacation. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation. Jacob
