2500 acres community with plenty of green space and Treasure Lake being the focal point we offer 50 condos and cottages accommodating up to 8 guests each, 3 outdoor pools and beach, 18 hole championship golf course with Country Club, Dockside Marina Restaurant and Bar, hiking and biking trails and playground, Our luxury accommodations with Southern charm feature spacious studios, one and two bedroom condominiums and cottages with loft. All units have fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, washer and dryer, electric fireplace (except in studios) and TV’s in all rooms. Fairfield Plantation offers all the comforts of home with the seclusion and relaxation you expect when on vacation.
The Tara Cove building features 12 lakefront, 2 bedroom condos; each and every unit has a beautiful screened-in porch to enjoy the gorgeous lake views. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a comfortable living and dining area. The master bedroom with king bed overlooks the lake as well, and the bathroom features Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom with one queen size bed has its own bathroom.

Great location

This was a great location for us. It was quiet and peaceful. I was there for work, but it would be a nice place to get away and relax!

Convenient and Cozy condo on small lake.

Good price for all the features of this property. Everything as advertised. Restaurant within walking distance. Plenty of parking.

Would not stay here again. There was a hole in the area beneath the cabinet which must lead to the outside because there was an earthworm in the kitchen Dryer ate my clothing leaving holes in three items. No resolution from contracts with property mgmt

Lake view amazing!

The area here is beautiful! Loved the lake view, access to hiking trails and the restaurant on site was convenient. Although the condo itself was clean and comfortable, the furnishings and interior were well worn and broken in - could use a refresh and some TLC. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Rental rate was fair for location and condition of property.

Overall great experience

If you’re looking to get away and disconnect this is a great spot. I live in a nearby town, but I had a friend come out for a girls week and wanted to get away from my house. This was the perfect location. I brought kayaks and we picked up a couple of floats. We spent a lot of time on the lake and enjoyed the nature trail too. The screened in back porch overlooking the lake was our go-to spot when we were inside the unit…even in August thanks to the ceiling fans. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. Some things to be aware of… The units seem to be a little older and we had an issue with our ac when we first got there. It was handled quickly and efficiently and management was super helpful and responsive. But just be aware that there may be issues due to the age of the condos. We also had to get replacement key cards a couple of times. Which was also handled quickly and efficiently, but kind of a hassle. The one thing that I did not like and would change is the fake flowers throughout the unit, as well as the decorative oil bottles. The flowers are dust catchers and gave a cluttered look to the place, and one of the oil bottles appeared to have been opened and was forming mold and the top. Ew! But an overall great experience. All the staff are kind and helpful, it’s a beautiful neighborhood, and the lake setting is rejuvenating and the perfect relaxing vacation spot. I plan on going back.

Felt like home.

The gaurd at the gate was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk checked in with us the first day to make sure everything was going well with our trip. My brother stayed at another Fairfield property and enjoyed his stay as well. We will definitely be booking thus property next time in Georgia.
