Pictures don’t make justice of how beautiful the place is. Very cozy family friendly. Had a great bike ride with the bike available and awesome amenities to use at the beach, would definitely rent again if we go again.

Amazing home and so spacious! Close to restaurants, beaches, etc. Excellent communication on our few questions. The little touches were so thoughtful! The fact that they provide bikes, helmets, coolers, and other sports items is plain amazing. Loved our stay, except for the cold front that came through lol.

We stayed in March 2026 and the house was very clean. Our first day the weather wasn't great, but the pool is heated so our kids didn't even notice or care about cloudy day and had the best time. House is very centrally located and just a few minutes' walk or drive. Property manager texted check in instructions, suggestions for restaurants and activities, as well as check out instructions and way to reach them if there were any issues (there were not). Communication was great. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for place to stay!

Our family of eight had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. The pristine pool area quickly became our favorite spot, and we found ourselves spending most of our time there enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The spacious layout of the property allowed each of us to relax and spread out comfortably, which made a big difference for our family. While we did encounter a few minor issues—such as some missing kitchen items and doors that needed a bit of attention—the company’s exceptional service made all the difference. They responded immediately to our concerns and promptly sent someone to resolve them, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would be delighted to rent here again in the future.

Spring Break Trip

The place was perfect for my family trip. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because of the check in. I didn’t get a communication with the check-in information until I called the property management company 35 minutes after our scheduled check-in time.

Good Family house

The house was large - it had 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Wish the outdoor furniture was more comfortable and that there were a few more chairs. It was great having a pool. It was nice to use the 2 bikes they had, plus we rented a few more. The house is close to many restaurants.

Nice first time on Marco

We went there for spring break. The house was really nice. Fit basically 7 adults comfortably. The pool was great for when we weren’t at the beach. The location was great for good restaurants. It is on a Main Street so was difficult to get our trucks out of the driveway at times but the Crabby cab was a great free perk. We didn’t have to take our own vehicles hardly at all. Our teenage kids had a lot of fun on the island. This house was just what we were looking for.

The house is very nice and the island is beautiful as always. Unfortunately on the 3rd day of our trip we began to notice the pool looking green with algae forming at the steps and my daughter developed swimmers itch. We contacted the management company who had the pool company out the following day (we notified them on a Sunday). The pool company acknowledged the pool was dirty and said it would be swimmable in 3 hours but that turned out to be optimistic. I contacted the management company again and they had the pool company back out the following day for a more thorough cleaning which eventually led to 3 days without a key amenity available to us.While the management company was appropriately reactive it was clear that the pool was not maintained in advance. Reactive but not proactive. We never asked for a refund but they did offer us 100 and a day pass at the YMCA which was better than nothing but woefully inadequate and slightly insulting since we were not on vacation to go to the Y…they then increased the offer to 300 which was accompanied by an agreement that was equally insulting since it required me to indemnify them and hold harmless against any 3rd party for issues related to the pool which is a massive obligation to the customer in this situation and for a low dollar amount, it also had gag language requiring no review or a 5 star review which felt inappropriate. With these facts we ultimately refused the refund.Overall nice house, but disappointing outcome.
Algae
I bought test strips because I was trying to decide if it was ok to let my daughter back in the pool. She was so bummed!

While the guest is right about the issue with pool, I want to set the record straight on a couple of misstatements in his review. The pool is serviced by a professional pool company once a week and was serviced prior to his stay. Sometimes, the chemicals can become unbalanced which is unfortunately what happened in this instance. As he highlighted, we had the company go out three days in a row to treat it and fortunately they were able to use for the last three days of their stay in addition to the first two days. We offered him a day pass to the YMCA because he said his daughter was desperate to go swimming but didn't feel comfortable until the pool cleared up. I fail to see how that is "slightly insulting" as it is the only quasi-public pool on the island. He asked for a day pass to the JW Marriott, which they don't sell during the peak season, so perhaps that's why he was insulted. After speaking with him, we agreed to refund $100 for each day the pool was unswimmable so for him to say otherwise is not accurate. Signing the agreement, which was drafted by an attorney, is standard procedure when a refund is offered and is used all across the state. The good news is as of this response, there have been no further issues with the pool and we feel badly for the isolated issue that occurred during Christopher's stay.
