This property was a complete disappointment. There were vans parked all along the "alley" parking area that was provided and the apparent front parking space was so covered in snow, we thought is was the yard. Parked in the snow covered area and had to walk to side of house and I have a torn ACL which made this very challenging and dangerous. The living room only has one light source which is a chandelier that has a long cord hanging from it that you have to stretch across the living room among the walking space to plug into the wall. The wifi did not work at all. Neighborhood was sketchy at best. There was laundry left in the dryer assumingly from a previous guest and it was plugged in by an extension cord that ran across to a wall outlet. the plates set on the table were sticky with some food substance on them. I could go on and on. I emailed the Owner and his only reply was asking if it was vans in the parking area. Worst ever - and this is my first bad review.

Owner promised to refund double booking. Never did, after many messages, I had to contact VRBO myself. The WIFI login info given was not correct. Owner had no clue, had to figure it out by looking at the modem. Livingroom "chandelier" pictured in listing is not hardwired. The cord was hanging draped across the room and was a hazard. Had to unplug it and move a lighted twig tree from the diningroom to use as a light source. The diningroom table had full place settings. GROSS! Removed the dishes so we could use the table. The bathroom exhaust fan was filthy. And the floor is not waterproof. Had to use towels to sop up the floor after showering. The porch light was out. And the entry way and porch were filthy. The washing machine smelled moldy. It was unseasonably warm so we had windows open. There were no screens in some and those with screens were filthy with cobwebs, dead bugs and debris. This place is anything but cozy. And the neighborhood is nothing short of scary. I should've taken more photos of the condition of this property, but I was busy enjoying our days spent IN CANADA to be away from this house!

Apartment was as described. Wish there was blinds on bathroom and both bedroom window, dish towels and potholders for the kitchen. And a few outside chairs.

Water was seeping up through the bathroom floor by the toilet, soaking the bath rug. WiFi wasn’t working. No dish towels or hot pads. Host did not respond to messages. The only positive for us was the location.

The photos made this listing look a lot newer/nicer than it really was. This property needs a deep cleaning and several updates and maybe new rugs. When we first entered, there was a terrible overwhelming smell and we had to leave almost immediately. I messaged the owner and she sent cleaners over quickly to help, but it still did not smell great. We checked out a day early because it was irritating us so much. The location is pretty close to the falls (20 min walk) but the area is a bit strange

down. There was a homeless person outside with their shopping cart when we pulled up to the property. Worse inside someone had left sopping wet clothes in the drier and the whole place smelled of moldy clothes. When we attempted to hang up clothes in the bedroom closet as there are no dressers to put clothes in the bar with a bunch of hangers fell to the ground. I am disabled and that broke my spirit completely, the smell was horrendous, there was nowhere to store clothes off the floor and the neighborhood did not feel safe for any person let alone someone with mobility issues. There were no pictures of the neighborhood or the front of the home so i also had no idea there were steps without handrails to get into the house. We had to leave and find another place to stay last minute.

This was a very disappointing property. A worker was there at 4pm and told us we weren’t supposed to be there when we checked in. The place smelled bad. When the toilet was flushed, water bubbled up in the sink! The area seemed sketchy and parking was minimal. I was very disappointed.

Parking was in front on the entrance, so it was easy to unload and load belongings.Very close to Niagara Falls Park, so we did not need to pay extra for parking at the Falls.Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Pictures make it look nicer than in person. Location nice to attractions but neighborhood very rundown so wouldn’t go out after dark. Would recommend luggage racks since there weren’t any dressers - there was a closet. Toilet partially blocked from the time we got there until we left (2 day). Host kept saying someone would come but they didn’t so it leaked at the base and under laminate flooring. Didn’t take shower final day because it caused sewage smell, water under bathroom floor (hard to see in pictures) and bubbling in kitchen sink. My first VRBO stay and will most likely be my last.
Water from flushing toilet or using shower has water under flooring. When you stand on it it would come up from seams.

Walk to the falls!

This spacious, professionally cleaned, many appliances, …. Asma, was wonderful to communicate with. House has a washer/dryer and Keurig along with many other appliances. Bring detergent and k-cups is you want to use. Not many electric outlets. Bring a power strip for the kitchen if you are planning to cook. The fridge is huge and wonderful. Good amount of storage space. AND WALK TO THE FALLS!

Great location

The location was great! Super close to everything. Literally in walking distance. Parking was a tad rough. There were multiple cars for the other units so a tad tight but not the host’s fault. Outlets were sparse in the bedrooms. Other than that the place was perfect. Would recommend! And we would stay again!

Nice spot near Niagra Falls

The listing is accurate. It's a nice, clean property. You have to come in through the alley to park (just nice to know). It's about a block away from the aquarium and 3 to 4 blocks from Niagra Falls.

Not too bad

This place wasn’t too bad.Cons: There was a little leftover trash from the previous people. There wasn’t any hand towels or wash rags. Internet didn’t work.Pros:The bed was comfortable.20 min walk to the state park. Felt safe in the neighborhood even though there’s some rundown houses.

Perfect location near Canadian border and Niagra falls

Less than 5 minutes from US side of Niagra falls, less than 15 from Canadian side. House was great. The beds were so comfy if you like a soft mattress and pillows. I would suggest a small dresser in each room, we had to set our stuff on floors. Also some hooks in bathroom would be nice. It was great to have nice towels for once when stating in a rental.The one thing that was annoying but not a deal breaker for us, was the wifi. Awful reception, if any. Couldnt use TV because the connection was weak. I did manage to use my phone to mirror to tv. Area wise, it was quiet. Felt safe and I dont think we saw one person outside while we were there. We were on Canadian side almost the whole trip and it was a quick 10-16 min travel from border with a little bit of a wait to cross.
