Wonderful location and perfectly met our needs for adult family of three. Host was very communicative and prompt with responses. A real pleasure to work with Vito on this. Unit was equipped well with kitchen essentials. The ease of access with it being a ground floor unit was helpful. No ocean view due to the height of the dunes and being ground level. Loved the close proximity to the pool and beach boardwalk. Grounds are kept immaculate. Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at the condo. The beach was so close and the pool was mere steps outside, even though the porch felt private. Having a pool that was heated helped us because it was cooler outside. The property was well kept and everyone around was very friendly and it was peaceful. Owners were very attentive!

Communication with Vito was exceptional. He reached out quite a few times before our stay with instructions and offers. He was very responsive when I asked about instructions before leaving. The condo was clean and comfortable, and incredibly close to the beach. It was also very quiet and a easy drive to downtown St. Augustine.
