Fantastic rental! Clean, well-equipped , outstanding views, well-maintained 2 pools. Great location - a few minutes walk to the ocean, walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and ice cream. This rental is ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Had a great trip!

The place was nice and clean. The owner stayed in good communication with us. Not a far walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and stores. Wouldnt mind coming back to stay on another trip!

Nice

Very nice condo with a short walk to the beach. The pools were very clean and well maintained. The spiral staircase was a pain but overall it is a very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood.

Short walk to the beach and pool. Off the main road, but minutes from food and entertainment.

Tranquil serenity!

Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from the balconies or the beach! The decor with beach theme throughout was adorable. We walked down the beach for lunch by the pier. Our host was very thorough and communicated well. Giving suggestions for area places to visit too. I recommend this location to anyone looking to get away from it all!

Great location for beach and pool

Nice location in Emerald Isle. Close to many stores, beach, and pool. Bedrooms are a good size and everything is clean.

Grandkids

Our grandson and family live out by swansboro. We do our best to come see them once or twice a year. This location was nice with the ocean and 2 pools. Also very close to many things you would want or need. Hosts are very easy to get ahold of. Quite pleasent.

Amazing stay

The condo was very clean, it’s location was great as it was an end unit. Additionally Laurie was very accommodating and the communication was the best I have ever experienced. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great Vacation in Emerald Isle

We had a great stay, the location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and everything you need (chairs, umbrellas, etc) conveniently at the condo. There is also a water park, shops, and restaurants within walking distance and two grocery stores right across the road.

Great!

Lil Nauti was a great place to stay! There were a lot of stairs, but they proved to be good exercise. I was concerned about the spiral staircase, but that really wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely book there again!

Great escape

The property is a short walk to the beach. You have a great view of the ocean from the deck. The rental is stocked with everything you need. If we ever go back to Emerald Isle, we would rent again!

I didn’t know that we needed to supply our own sheets/ towels etc; it was listed at the very bottom of the listing and was not apparent when first detailing the listing. I didn’t love that part (felt like a lot of work for us). But, there were provided options to pay extra for someone to bring/ clean up sheets. Loved the location and the property owner/ manager (Laurie) was great with communicating and helping with anything we needed. It was also very clean and cute!

Beautiful Home!

I'm going to start off by saying that the location was perfect! two pools to choose from, walking distance to the beach. supplied with ample beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. The room was perfect, they supplied baby gates for the spiral stairs which came in handy with my children. they also supply everything you could ever need to make your meals in house. we had an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!

Wholesome Family Fun

Our family of 7 (two sets of parents and three kids) enjoyed a wholesome family vacation. Property is extremely clean and well organized. Beaches are not crowded. Amenities exceeded expectations. Grocery store and coffee shop are a convenient walk from the rental. Definitely a great value with this property.

Very nice!

Condo is lovely and super-clean. Owner is very helpful and answered our questions quickly. She made extra effort to guarantee our comfort. There are stairs, inside and out, so be prepared to climb them--but extra exercise is good!

Beautiful Home.

We recommend this lovely beach house. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated in bright colors with a beachy feel. The complex is well maintained with easy access to the beach. And of course the beach is wonderful. Even in February we took several walks a day. There were many Pelicans and Dolphins to watch as we walked on the sand. As this time of year the beach is empty but for a few dog walkers. Being at the beach in the winter is a wonderful experience. Thank you for letting us use your beach house!

Prelude to Summer

The condo was a cute, comfortable little getaway with beautiful views of the surroundings. Just off the main road it also provided a quiet retreat. The spring breezes kept the house fresh and comfortable. Laurie, our hostess, provided all the info we needed to enjoy a relaxing long weekend. The beach was beautiful and the water temp perfect. Dining was very good. We contracted with the local cleaner for linnen (contact provided) and were very happy. The climb to the entrance (3 flight) may be a concern for some but we had no issues. We're looking forward to returning in the fall.

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owner and I exchanged several texts before and during our stay. She detailed everything we needed to know in texts and messages through VRBO. She was an absolute delight to work with, so much so I feel like we were old friends messaging about our latest vacations. If we ever visit Emerald Isle again we will definitely book the same condo. There was an easy walk to the beach. The grounds were very clean and manicured, just as the entire Island is. So many great restaurant options around, many within walking distance, bike or golf cart ride. Highly recommend staying here.
