・ In March 2025, five air conditioners at the facility were cleaned by a professional contractor
We will continue to strive to ensure that our guests can
enjoy comfortable air conditioning this summer as well

・ In December 2024, we installed new four-seater sofas

・ In November 2024, we had the trees around the facility cut down and Interior walls cleaned by a professional house cleaning service

・ In accordance with Japan’s Ryokan Business Act, we ask guests with confirmed reservations to fill out the guest registration form in advance.

After your reservation is confirmed, the host will send you a web form.

Please enter the guest’s information and submit it.

Once we have confirmed your information, we will send you the keybox PIN via message before your check-in date and time.

・ Due to Okinawa’s unique climate, especially during the summer and after it rains, insects tend to appear more frequently, especially around the property.
We perform regular pest control, but
we appreciate your understanding.

・ Regarding Trash
Please cooperate by placing all trash in the trash cans upon checkout

* If it is determined that the room was left in a disorderly condition upon checkout, or if the room is excessively dirty, the administration office may charge 3,300 yen to cover the cost of hiring a cleaning service.

・ Regarding Party Use
We welcome guests staying at our facility for birthday parties and dinner gatherings.

To prevent accidents, excessive drinking is prohibited on the rooftop and balcony.

・About Dryers
If you need a clothes dryer, there is a coin-operated laundromat with gas dryers located about a 4-minute walk (less than 1 minute by car) from the facility
* We have set up a clothesline on the second floor of the facility where you can hang your laundry to dry outdoors.

・Regarding Stays of Multiple Nights
As a general rule, cleaning staff will not enter your room to clean (except for monthly stays).
Please contact us if you would like a cleaning service

Cleaning supplies are kept within easy reach for guests
Please feel free to use them as neededPGJ yPg
Regarding towels:
For guests staying 3 nights or more,
we will open the staff room (linen closet) so you can
freely take as many linens and consumables as needed.

Regarding trash collection:
A commercial garbage truck comes to the facility twice a week to collect trash

・ Regarding Children’s Rates
To prevent disputes, this facility does not charge a separate rate for children

Children under 2 years of age may stay for free
(Please note that bedding and towels)

If you are traveling with such children, please contact us via 【Contact Host】 before making a reservation or upon confirmation

・ Regarding the number of bedding sets
We will prepare the appropriate number based on the number of guests in your reservation
For infants and toddlers who do not incur a charge, we generally ask that they sleep in the same bed as an adult

Example: 2 people -> 2 single beds
4 people -> 2 single beds + 2 sets of futons
6 people -> 2 single beds + 4 sets of futons

・ Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made by guests, regardless of the reason, guests are generally required to comply with the cancellation policy set forth on this website
In the event of unforeseeable natural disasters (such as earthquakes), we will discuss the matter with you
We will prioritize the safety of our guests when handling such situations
