This charming home is a perfect location in town to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, the Marina, and the Beach. It is a single-level property. Gather your thoughts on the front porch with your morning coffee in hand in the hanging swing or chair. Step inside to the inviting and open floor plan. The living area contains plenty of seating for guests with two couches, a love seat, TV, Roku, and Wi-Fi. The large dining table has seating for 6 for dinner or a game of cards. There are 3 barstools at the spacious bar for those who like to gather while preparing meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. This area is great for those who love to show off their culinary skills. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, nightstands, w/ lamps, a small desk, a small chest, and a smart TV w/ WIFI. The Guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, TV, sofa, and stackable washer/dryer. The shared bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Step out back to the vast entertaining area and enjoy an evening drink on the covered patio with outdoor seating and a ceiling fan.
