We had the perfect stay. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Everyone had fun with the putting green and beautiful pool. There are lots of things to do nearby and we will come back to take advantage of the hiking and spring training. We visit AZ often and this is the ideal home for us to stay at. Everyone was very impressed with the property. We loved the location (close to family), orientation (vs. the sun), floor plan, overall condition, furnishings, decoration, appliances, supplies, etc. The house was beautiful, very functional, and fun -- especially for the kids. It was everything we expected and more. We'll definitely rent the house again!

Great Time in Goodyear AZ

Our family loved this home and had a great time. Beds and furniture were comfortable; home was immaculate. We swam, took some swings at the golf balls on the green, cooked on the grill and walked the Corgett Trail to the lakes and back. This was our first time in Goodyear and we’ll be back. Spring training with the Cactus League is a big attraction here and we’ll make sure we get tickets next year. Estrella Mountain area is beautiful and there are many hiking trails we want to try. Thanks Arizona Vacation Home Rentals for hosting us.

The house was lovely. It was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The pool and outdoor space was clean, neat and tidy. Loved the pool towel, sunscreen station. The house AC was more than effective to handle the 98-106 outside temps. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Was not particularly fond of the pay it forward food in the fridge concept. We would not use left behind foods and it only took up fridge space we could have utilized. I also got a nasty spider bite on last night. Did see bug/spider spray at the pool towel station. Coming from a different state, I would have maybe liked a little more info on looking out for spiders and what the risk is, or could be. Other than that. It was a wonderful space and made our vacation very comfortable.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals thanks you for the feedback. We're glad you found the home to be lovely and clean and your vacation was comfortable. We're sincerely sorry about the spider bite. Honestly, we haven't had guests mention spiders or bites and hope you recovered without incident. We understand about the food and it would have been fine to throw it away to use the space or contact us to toss it. You left the home clean and tidy and it would be a pleasure to host you for a future stay. Thanks for the rating and being great guests.
