Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent vacation stay. Condo was exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable for wife and I. Very clean and new!

Absolutely loved the unit. It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and everything looked new. The only part we did not like and would keep me from staying again is the parking situation. Being allowed one vehicle only and having to park down the road was super inconvenient. Otherwise, great customer service and so quick to answer all our questions!! The ladies at check in were very nice!

Gulf Tower is a great property with a large outdoor pool. The glass-enclosed balcony enables you to watch the beautiful Gulf in complete comfort. During the high season, guests are able to have only one vehicle, and fortunately, our office is just a half mile away. After Labor Day, guests are permitted two vehicles.

Best Realty Company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time I have Booked with Bender Reality. I will have to say as always their service is above and beyond expectations. Story Goes! I call them, tell them what I want. Where I would like it to be. What days. And how much I would not like to exceed. And with Southern Hospitality. They send me a text with pictures. Confirm the place for me. Take my payment. And I sign an agreement. All in 10 minutes. These people are the reason I go to them every time. Thank you so much. We had the best time ever. Sincerely, Roger
