Very cozy and clean apartment! The check-in /check out process wasn’t the best but I understand the reason behind it. Very convenient and free parking! Would stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed on and we will be booking again when we come back to Louisville. The hosts were so welcoming it felt like we were staying with friends.

Great Couple's Getaway

Great location!

Terrific loft and excellent price and location. We were staying here for a basketball tournament at the exposition center for my daughter and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is in the heart of downtown near a very lively restaurant scene (4th street). The parking in the deck behind the unit was extremely helpful so we had a consistent place to park that was included in the price of the rental. Across the street is a CVS pharmacy, and there are coffee shops about 2 blocks away (Dunkin and Starbucks) as well as several other restaurants and Bourbon distilleries. The unit was extremely clean and easy to access. It was very private and quiet with lots of room to move around. Cable TV is included. There is a large sofa (I slept on this) and my daughter had the queen bed. The sofa is simply a sofa, and not a pull out but Kim was good enough to provide extra linens for me. There is an elevator towards the front of the building (if you come off of 4th street, it's right behind the door next to the staircase; when coming in from the back you have to walk down the corridor for a minute and you'll find it). Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, and Kim was accessible if anything came up. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Louisville for a few days. Very safe and very comfortable.

Perfect location for Convention Center

The apartment was perfectly located for my conference at the nearby convention center. The parking lot was very convenient and there was easy elevator access to and from the apartment. The walk to the convention center was easy with lots of food options along the way. The apartment was clean and instructions easy to follow. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely rent again if I end up visiting Louisville in the future, especially if I go for another conference!

Great time

This condo was very nice. It had all we needed for a home away from home. it is very spacious which was a pleasant surprise because you can't tell from the pictures. Was concerned that downtown noise might be an issue for me because I'm a light sleeper but the bed is so comfortable and there are no windows in the bedroom which helps keep the noise out, I slept wonderfully. Appreciated the explicit check-in directions which allowed us find, get into the unit and park without problem. If you're looking for a nice downtown location that is conveniently located, this is a great option.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Clean, easy, had everything you need, great unit in a great building, excellent host. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent unit in a great building. Kim was a fabulous host - clear communication, detailed, friendly, helpful, and responsive.The location is ideal. We were going to a couple shows at the Palace Theater and were only a 3-4 minute walk away. 4th St Live is even closer. Loved having the complimentary parking in a nearby garage.The unit is well-equipped and exudes warmth and comfort, while still being streamlined and uncluttered. All the furniture is comfortable and well cared for. Was also nice to have a private balcony.Thumbs up all around and would definitely stay here again.

The loft was fantastic! Set in an old department store, you’ll see that once you’ve entered the building elevator. Communication was good we received a text day of arrival explaining parking and arrival. Just a note. The garage is quite tight for larger vehicles. I drive 2019 Ram Big Horn stock not lifted. The satellite receiver on top hit the height limit at the entrance to the garage. I didn’t hit anything inside of the actual garage. The exit is very tight and impossible not to curb it on exit. Louisville is always great we will definitely visit again.

Many of the city garages can be a little tight and I know we post 6' 1" height (although it may be a little room above that), when parking there. Probably one of the reasons that I continue to own a Tacoma instead of a Tundra or other full size pickup. We would love to have you back and again thank you for the feedback.
