The condo is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has been designed to offer a hassle-free stay:

✦ The unit includes a queen bed on the platform, as well as a retractable double bed.
A Pack 'n' Play and a booster seat are available for a young guest, please let us know when you make your reservation.

✦ It offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher to allow cooking during the stay. Utensils, crockery, pots, pans, plates, etc. are provided to facilitate the task. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy your meals.

✦ The living room contains a three-seater sofa, cable television with basic channels, as well as a work area with desk and ergonomic chair.

✦ The bathroom comes with sanitary essentials and includes a bath-shower, toilet, vanity and dryer.

✦ In the common areas of the complex, you will have access to the indoor gym, the sauna, the games room (table football, television and fireplace), as well as the paying laundry room.

✦ Outside, you will have access to the tennis court and the swimming pool from June to September. An outdoor electrical outlet is available if you wish to charge your electric vehicle/bike.

✦ You will have access to the entire condo in complete privacy, as well as its common spaces, shared with the other residents of the building.

*SKI*
This isn't a ski in ski out, you have to take the car to get to Mont Saint-Anne, which is a 4-minute drive, or a 25-minute walk.

*NOISES*
It is strictly forbidden to party in the condo and interior spaces.

*WIFI*
There is high speed WIFI in the unit and a work desk allowing telecommuting.

*TV*
We have a television in the unit with basic cable channels including TVA sports and RDS.

*LAUNDRY*
There is a pay laundry in the building, at a cost of $1.25 per load.

*COMMON AREAS*
The gym, sauna, game room and laundry room are located in the common areas, shared with the residents of the building. These rooms are accessible from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
