Kohekohe Cottage is located in the beautiful Wharewaka area within Lake Taupo. The lake edge is a 3 minute walk and Taupo town an 8 minute car journey.

Woolworths supermarket is 2 minutes by car in the Kokomea Shopping Centre which is also home to a cafe, sushi, liquor store and much more.

The entire house is for your use. The is a small garage available for guest use for small items, like road bikes or motor bikes

Although we do not stay on site, a team member is available throughout your stay should you need anything.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
