Private and quiet, yet only a 15 min drive to the Capital. Please note there is no TV.

Pets are welcome by negotiation and you must advise us that you are bringing a pet and there is an additional $30 per night pet fee. Please note the property is not fenced and therefore dogs need to be watched at all times as there are sheep and chickens roaming on the land surrounding the cabin. Dogs are also not allowed to be left unattended inside the property unless secured in a crate. Please keep dogs off the beds and furniture and ensure you clean up after them when you leave. Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand, known as the windy city, Wellington is a unique city to visit. There are activities to keep anyone amused, with choices ranging from live theatre, world class dining, sports events, political tours, gardens, shopping and any number of things in between. Mount Victoria, for those with the energy to make the walk to the summit, offers fantastic views across the city, and the Cook Strait, if it is a clear day, you can glimpse the South Island. Wellington is well known for its world class dining, with cafes and restaurants to suit anyone`s appetite. Key highlights for visitors to the capital include the Wellington Cable Car, Te Papa Museum of New Zealand, Wellington Zoo. Wellington is such a diverse city that visitors will never be bored, and there will always be something for everybody.
Absolutely no events or parties allowed. No unregistered guests. No vaping, smoking or drugs. Please turn off the heat pump/AC when you go out. Please take care of your key - any lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
Your pets are more than welcome here too, but we do ask a few things please:
1. Please ensure you are always watching and in control of your animals. The property is not fenced and the road at the bottom of the drive is very busy. There are also other animals on the property including sheep, chickens, dogs, and a lot of bird life which we don’t want disturbed by an animal running through.
2. We ask that the animals are not on the furniture or beds.
3. Please pick up any animal poo and dispose of appropriately in the outside bin provided.
