Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. Your group requested an earlier check-in and was eager to access the property before our standard check-in time. We accommodated this request; however, our cleaner was still completing the final preparations when the group arrived, which resulted in a brief wait. We feel this context is important when describing the check-in as ‘late.’ Regarding bedding, the number of beds available is clearly shown in our listing prior to booking. While the review mentions there were ‘more beds than needed,’ we are unsure how having additional sleeping accommodations negatively impacted the stay. Extra blankets and bedding are also provided in the closets, which was communicated to the group. Regarding towels, additional towels could have easily been provided upon request. As the review itself mentions, communication with us was readily available throughout the stay. We were also never contacted during the stay regarding any unpleasant odour. Neither our cleaning team nor management identified the smell described in this review. We intentionally do not place scented plug-ins or strong air fresheners throughout the property, as many guests have fragrance sensitivities and we do not believe masking odours with artificial fragrance is appropriate. We appreciate constructive feedback and are always happy to resolve concerns when they are communicated to us during a stay. Unfortunately, several of the concerns mentioned here were never brought to our attention, so we were not given the opportunity to address them.

We made every effort to accommodate your stay, including allowing you to check in three hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time.
