With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests, making it perfect for a romantic getaway, a family beach escape or a relaxing holiday with friends.

The apartment is filled with natural light and coastal charm, with beautiful arched ceilings, skylights and large sliding doors opening from the living area to capture the ocean views.

Start your mornings slowly on the east-facing balcony, coffee in hand as the morning sun fills the space and the ocean sparkles beyond. Later, settle in for an alfresco lunch, pour a glass of something cold and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle that Sunshine Beach offers.

The second bedroom can be configured as two king single beds or one queen bed, giving you the flexibility to set the apartment up just the way you like it.

One of the best things about Parkshores is the location. The beach is just a short stroll away, with access just a short 4 minute walk. Spend the morning swimming or walking along the sand, then wander into the Sunshine Beach village for a leisurely breakfast, long lunch or cocktails and dinner.

With cafes, bars and restaurants all close by, you can park the car and embrace the easygoing beach lifestyle.

When you're not exploring the beach, take a dip in the resort style pool (heated during the winter months), fire up the communal BBQ for an easy dinner, or simply relax amongst the tropical gardens. The complex also offers undercover parking and lift access, making your arrival and departure nice and easy.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
