Beachfront Condo (Summer Sands #214) with outdoor pool & BBQ grills!

Our condo is in the beautiful Summer Sands building located right on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ and 10 Min Drive to Cape May, NJ. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has access to ocean views just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, this unit is perfect for small families looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

The unit sleeps for six people with two size queen beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinner and cooking ware, and tools for the grill. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the entire condo. TVs located in the bedroom and the living room. There is also Xfinity WIFI.

Outside, Summer Sands offers numerous amenities that we encourage you to use during your stay. There are two pools and an outdoor shower that are perfect for kids after the beach. For dining, there are outdoor gas grills on the ground level and a sundeck with tables and chairs for use. There are also coin/card laundry machines on each floor.

Please note: Linens/towels are not provided and there is a strict no pet policy. Refund policy is as follows: 100% refund 30 days before check-in
50% refund 14 days before check-in.

Property was great and the location also perfect. Living room/table area was small than expected based on pictures but not an issue for 3 of us.

Great week at the beach. We've stayed at this complex 5 times and this was a fantastic unit! Plentiful kitchen utensils, sooooo many hooks to hang every towel, and power cords with usb at every outlet.

Steps from the beach! Amazing location!

This was our first visit to the Jersey Shore and it didn’t disappoint! Being steps away from the beach made our days simpler so we could relax and enjoy. This cozy unit has everything you need for your beach and boardwalk getaway! The property owner and on site management were both quick to respond to our needs. We hope to return someday.

Very USED, unkempt, smelly,DIRTY. The property was not prepared well for new guests.

I was thankful I read the previous reviews to know what to expect with our stay. The two (2) air conditioning units was a nice feature, as it was 108 degrees the day we arrived and the condo stayed cool. The bedroom is the largest one that we have stayed in at the Summer Sands - so that was a nice surprise!We were happy to look past the cosmetics that need to be updated, as we know that is just a nice to have but we can look past that and enjoy the space. BUT the beds were awful! It was the fastest we ever left from a beach vacation because we were all exhausted from a week of terrible sleep. The kitchen area has the bare minimum, has a small drip coffee machine, and super tiny coffee cups. We enjoy going to our favorite restaurants while on vacation, so it worked for us but if we had to cook in the condo - we may have planned a bit better. The TVs - we had issues all week and were in touch with the owner (even bought new batteries for the remotes) but did not get much help other than "Great, thanks!" Thank goodness we did not have any rainy days and are not a TV family while on vacation. We constantly had to reconnect to the Wifi each time you turned on the TV ... that my family actually memorized the password by the middle of the week. Overall - we love the Summer Sands location and will be back. Just not sure we will stay in this condo if the beds are not replaced ... as our backs (even the kids) cannot take another week of terrible sleep for a vacation.

Stayed for the 1st week of Sept.in this unit on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator and luggage carts so getting unpacked is not a chore. There are also lots of tables and umbrellas on this level and two chairs outside the unit. Great location steps away from entrance to the beach, however it needs some updating. Furniture was uncomfortable and the unit was not particularly clean. Found a pile of sand behind the front door, hair on bathroom floor, and cereal under sofa. TV would also repeatedly freeze and lose its wireless connection. Beds were old and very soft and saggy. Kitchen is tiny with very little counter space and no dishwasher, however it was decently equipped with foil, wrap, pots, utensils and coffee filters. Plenty of grills which are downstairs on the ground level. We ate breakfast and lunch outside in the common areas so we did not have to eat inside on the small table in the cramped living space. Luckily, it did not rain. The building itself appears to be a converted motel however it is in reasonably decent shape and the property managers run it efficiently. Our assigned parking space was underneath which required lots of maneuvering to navigate around the poles supporting the building. Not a bad stay but look for a more modern place if we return to the Crest.

To store food bring your some storage bowls. We took note for next trip to bring our own cooking pan and spatula. The basic yo get around is there.Service at thre fronts desk is super great. Quick and reliable.Host is easily reachable and replies quickly when requires.Close to beach, boardwalk grocery etc View is spectacular

The worst part is the parking spot. It’s between the stairs and another pole so very tight! Also the property redid the stairs and got stuff all over my car which is no fault of the owner of the property. Great location. So nice to be right on the beach. We did not use the pools but they looked great too. Can drive in a short time to many things such as the boardwalk and restaurants. Was just like the pictures and met our needs for the week!
