Great floor plan for large groups. Convenient location and a beach with no crowds. Large covered decks on east and west with views of sunrise and sunset. Large game room.

Stephen, covered decks facing both east and west mean a front-row seat for sunrise and sunset, and that pairs well with a quiet beach and a floor plan that keeps a big group comfortable. The game room tends to settle any friendly rivalries. Hope the decks see you again.

Since we are such a large family that loves cooking and eating together, this house works great. The young people have the game room which is great and th grownups can either hang with them or choose to have some downtime in one of the many living spaces. This was our 5 th year there. The only downside this year was that the freezer in the garage from prior years was gone and the refrigerator in the main space needed some TLC. A few door shelves were missing which limited space. Overall the house compound is great. If it had a pool it would be nirvana!!

Our large family reunion was a tremendous success, and this property played a big part in making it so memorable. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered direct beach access, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.The property is essentially divided into three separate areas: Level 2 features North and South units with a game room located between them, while Level 3 has separate North and South units. Despite this layout, everything is easily accessible and functions well as one large home, making it ideal for large groups and family gatherings.One thing to note is that there are fewer bathrooms than the listing may suggest. This was not an issue for our family, but future guests may want to be aware of it when planning their stay.One of the greatest aspects of this rental was the communication from the host. We have rented vacation homes in the past and have never experienced such responsiveness. Every question or inquiry was answered within an hour, and often much sooner. That level of communication was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic rental that provided the perfect setting for our family reunion and helped create lifelong memories. We would gladly stay here again.

We absolutely loved our experience this past week. We had 17 people from 15 yrs old and up. The place was clean and exactly as pictured and advertised. The staff was responsive and available to our 1 need - that is how fun it was and allowed us to enjoy the beach and all that the area had to provide. So much room for all types of people to enjoy.

Just returned from a five day rental in Crescent Beach Florida. This is a large villa which easily accommodated 14 participants. The house has a spectacular waterfront location with a walkway to a wide sandy beach.This house is right on A1A about 6 miles south of the heart of St Augustine with very easy access to all the historic sites there. A major supermarket is close.The unit itself had a main kitchen and two other smaller kitchens. These are amply supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Some basic spices supplied in cabinet. There were numerous bedroom choices. The common spaces and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The host responded promptly to questions and concerns throughout the trip.Would definitely recommend this villa for a large group.

This is our third summer renting this house and we absolutely love it. We are a large extended family from all over the US and our time in Crescent Beach is very special. It is truly such a fun place to gather. It gives our multiple families room to spread out, but then we can join together for meals, games and beach fun. Sitting on that beautiful porch and watching the ocean or a storm come in is simply the best. We loved our stay it and hope to return again next summer.
