The accommodation
House of 210 m2 renovated and located in a detached and residential area on the edge of a protected environmental area.
Beautiful swimming pool (10m x 5m), surrounded by greenery and a very large terrace... calm and relaxation assured.

The house is composed of 2 levels:

*First floor
-Large room including living room and open kitchen. The bay window of more than 4 m with pocket window opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
It's my favorite room because you can live inside while being outside facing the pool!!
It's quite nice...

- Bedroom 1: a 140 bed
- bedroom 2: 2 beds in 90
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a toilet (separate)

*Floor:
- Bedroom 3:34 m2 and a 160 cm bed. French window opening onto the swimming pool (south facing). Sports area with rowing machine and bicycle.
- Bedroom 4:30 m2 with a 140 cm bed, small lounge area.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 WC (separate)

A rental contract will be drawn up at the time of booking. It is necessary to send us a copy of your "multi-risk home" insurance policy including seasonal rental.
