The space
I’m excited to welcome you to my cozy studio apartment in downtown! You’ll have the entire space to yourself—completely private and all yours!

The studio features a private bedroom, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom.

For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated desk , so you can easily balance work and play in this lively city.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive, private access to my apartment.

I’ve set up a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after the scheduled check-in time and easily access the apartment on your own.
Other things to note
Check-in is available until 12 AM. After that, late check-ins are still possible, but quick responses may not be guaranteed as I could be asleep. Please review the instructions I send you ahead of time and have them ready when you arrive. If you plan to arrive outside the check-in window, it’s your responsibility to follow the instructions in advance.

If you expect to receive any mail or packages during your stay, please contact me first. I have a convenient solution set up for you, as my mailbox is not shared with guests.

I’m often out of town, but my housekeepers are available to assist with your needs. If you require anything, just reach out to me, and I’ll let them know to help you. Please note, they may need a little time to arrive.

While the apartment has excellent soundproofing, being in the downtown city center means there could be some noise from the city and construction. If there’s expected construction noise, I adjust my prices accordingly, so you might benefit from a great discount during these times.
