Really clean, well-furnished apartment in a fun part of Providence. We stayed for Brown graduation and loved the proximity, the layout, and the comfy beds. There's some normal neighborhood noise but there are great cafes & restaurants really nearby and it's super convenient for downtown, College Hill, etc. We didn't really cook but the kitchen seemed very well stocked and everything was really well organized. I'd defintely stay again!

Location was great, cute neighborhood places to walk to. The neighbors were loud so if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is not it. The size of the apartment was really nice, the bedrooms were spacious as well as the common living area. The cleanliness was ok, the cabinets, doorknobs, doors, kitchen table, light switches were all dirty and needed to be wiped down. There were no working lamps in any room so the lights were either ON or off and they're no dimmers so it was very bright while they were on. The "backyard" was not somewhere I'd want to be, it was surrounded by building materials and tools, there's a torn up leather couch and an upholstered chair neither of which should be outside. The door to the laundry area was locked and not accessible. The instructions for check-in and checkout were not consistent between the digital communications and the written communications in the apartment.

They did not program the door to the apartment properly like they said and so me and all my guests had to share one key the whole weekend. They also did not send me the check in email ahead of time like they were supposed to.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your check-in experience wasn't as smooth as we strive for. We understand how inconvenient it must have been to share a single key during your stay. Since your visit, we've reviewed our check-in procedures to help ensure guests receive the correct access information before arrival. Regarding the check-in email, we always aim to send detailed instructions in advance, and we're sorry if they weren't received as expected. We'll continue reviewing our process to make sure future guests have everything they need before check-in. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve the experience for future guests. We wish you safe and enjoyable travels.

This apartment was super close to the venue where our kids were wrestling. Quick access to anything you could need. There was a bit of noise but being that we were in the city it was to be expected. We are realistic people. We were looking for location and space most of all. The bed sizes were spacious which the kids appreciated not being stuck on twin sizes Lol . Plenty of linens and extra pillows and toiletries. The host answered questions quickly and easily, would rent from them again.

Nice place, bad street

The apartment is nice (clean, comfy beds, updated kitchen), but the building itself is not nice (run down, filthy entry, dungeon of a basement where the coin operated laundry is.) and the street is rough. We were woken up the first night by a fire alarm and the second night by a raid on the neighbor’s house and a dog barking incessantly. The cleaning crew were “stuck in traffic” so the place was not ready for 4pm check in. They offered us a late check out for the inconvenience, but we had to leave early. The communication with the property management company was good. We did walk both mornings to the lovely Seven Stars Bakery both mornings for breakfast which is a 5 minute walk.

From the Owner: "Hi Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment itself, especially the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and updated kitchen, as well as the communication with our team. We’re sorry your experience was impacted by factors outside the apartment, such as the condition of the building, neighborhood activity, and the late check-in due to our cleaning crew’s delay. While we don’t have control over external events like the fire alarm or neighborhood disturbances, we truly understand how they can affect your stay. Your comments about the entryway and laundry area will be passed along to the building management for review. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you enjoyed visiting the nearby Seven Stars Bakery; it’s one of our favorites, too! We will continue to improve both our space and guest experience wherever possible, and we hope we might have the opportunity to host you again under calmer circumstances. Thanks."
