Good stay overall. The complex was quiet, parking was easy, and the two-bedroom unit was open and well stocked with everything you'd need: Wi-Fi, TV, dishes, and cookware.A few small things the host may want to check. Some towels had markings and didn't seem clean, so we didn't use them. The second bathroom's toilet seat was loose at check-in and got looser over the week, though we just used the other bathroom. We also found one large roach around day five, but never saw another, so I doubt there's a real problem.None of it ruined the trip. We'd still recommend it.

Good location, comfortable condo with pool, hot tub , hammock and grill but it was missing grill utensils, and did not have enough forks. It also had plastic cups and wine glasses and though it was nice to have Keurig pods they were odd flavored types. The artificial plants throughout were dusty though the rest of the cleaning was fine. The lock box did not work when we arrived at the 4 pm check in and it took nearly 30 minutes for the host to provide an alternative. The host was responsive when we texted.

Super cute unit, very clean, had everything we needed. Good location for us, close to shopping and restaurants. Only thing I noticed that could be worked on was at the pool- the gate to get in the pool had super tight tension and about smashed our hand- could be dangerous with kids if you’re not careful. Property manager should really adjust that.

The location of the property was excellent, located close to virtually everything in the greater Scottsdale area. The location of the unit within the property was also great. We walked out our back door to one of the pool areas, a nice patio type area with tables, hammocks, nice grills, and a fountain. There were two things that were rather disappointing about the unit. One was the television system, if system is the correct word. My wife and I are in our late 70’s, and playing guessing games with a TV was connected only to a streaming service, in the case of this unit Roku I believe, was a very frustrating experience. We emailed multiple times with Palacios, which is the management company for the owner of the unit. If we understood them at all, it sounded like we needed to download an app, set up an account with Roku, and then enter a PIN number in order to access channels like ESPN, Fox News Channel, or any local Phoenix area affiliates, i.e., CBS, NBC, etc. That was not going to happen. The other area of disappointment was an issue with either dirt on the floor, or something in the flooring material itself that made our socks turn black. We actually bought a floor cleaner, used a mop and bucket that were in the room, mopped the floors on three occasions, and still had socks that turned black. Not a pleasant experience.

Thank you for the review. We didnt recieve any complaints during your stay as we would have immediatly sent someone to check and reclean the floors. We have informed the cleaning manager. For the TV we do have on our listing that you would need to log onto your own streaming service. We use to provide this but 90% of guests would log out of ours and log into their own causing us to have send people numberous times to log back into our account to be ready for the next guest. Since we decided to no longer offer streaming, we get minimal complaints and most guests enjoy using their own service. Live TV is also offered via Roku. There is no need to download an app and Im not sure where this instruction came from. We are thinking an ad on the TV perhaps. But without reaching out during your stay this is just a guess. We are sorry for the difficulty of this during your stay.
