Downstairs, the city hums just beyond the door - Frenchmen Street's horns and basslines drifting in from a few steps away. This is a home built for exploring by day and unwinding by night, with New Orleans character woven into every corner.

Living space
High ceilings and tall windows give the main level an airy, open feel, with classic New Orleans details meeting comfortable modern furnishings. The lounge area centers around a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace sits nearby for anyone who needs to send an email or map out the next day's plans. Unique decor touches run throughout, giving the space a character that feels distinctly its own.

Sleeping arrangements
Up to eight guests can settle in across two bedrooms and four beds. The lofted bedroom holds a canopy Queen bed with a cozy seating nook built in - a quiet retreat above the main living area. A second private bedroom downstairs rounds out the sleeping space, and two full bathrooms mean groups and families won't be waiting in line.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a fast breakfast to a full sit-down dinner, with a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle all on hand, plus cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. A dining table anchors the space for shared meals before heading back out into the city.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms come stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water and a hairdryer - so you can pack light and settle in fast.

Comfort & conveniences
In-unit laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer) keeps longer stays simple, and an iron is on hand for anything that needs smoothing out. Bed linens, towels, toilet paper and hangers are provided, along with room-darkening blinds and dedicated clothes storage. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable regardless of the season, and the home is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit, plus exterior security cameras at the front of the building. High-speed wifi runs throughout, and check-in is self-service via smart lock.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
