Dogs, cats, and other pets are not accepted.

*NOISES*
To maintain the serenity of our neighborhood, parties are not allowed, and guests are asked to keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings and at night.
We can sometimes hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor.

*CELLPHONE NETWORK*
Please note that cellphone network coverage in this area is limited. Depending on your service provider, you may experience weak signals, and telephone communications could be interrupted or spotty at times.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace available. Please bring your own firewood, kindling, and lighter.

*BBQ and TERRACE*
In winter, it is your responsibility to clear snow from the terrace and the BBQ area.
