• $125 per week, per pet (discounted)

This home is part of a multi-unit property with a separate suite. Each space is fully private with no shared areas. The home has been set up with soundproofing, and most guests find it quiet and comfortable. As with any multi-level home, some light household noise (such as occasional footsteps) may be heard from time to time.

You’ll have full, private access to the main and upper floors of the home—including all 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and a spacious backyard with a hot tub.

Parking is easy with:

• Additional street parking available nearby

There’s plenty of space for your group to come and go comfortably.

✦ Required Pre-Arrival Steps - To receive check-in details, please complete these quick steps via our secure guest portal:
1. Sign Rental Agreement: Digital acknowledgment of house rules.
2. Verify Government ID: One-time safety verification.
3. Select Damage Protection: Choose one option:
• Option A: $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver.
• Option B: 2% non-refundable fee. No upfront hold or charge; you are only billed up to $700 CAD if damage is verified post-checkout.

🛑 We are an API-connected Vrbo host, and in accordance with Vrbo’s Terms of Service, we may implement “offline fees” such as a security deposit or damage waiver outside of the platform. These are securely processed via our guest portal.

⏰Check-in / Checkout:
We're strict on checkout time to stay on schedule for the next guest's cleaning and prep. Check-in is often more flexible, depending on same-day checkout — we're always happy to accommodate early arrival when we can, just message us ahead of time.

📦Mail & Packages:
Package deliveries during your stay are welcome and used by many of our guests for added convenience. Please don't use this address for ongoing personal mail, however, as we're unable to forward items once your stay ends.

👥 Additional Guest Fees
This fee is already built into your displayed nightly rate—the price you see when you search these dates is exactly what you'll pay, no surprise charges added after booking.
