***As of 6/17/26, the association is currently working on scheduling a final walkthrough to inspect various areas of the handrail coating that took place on the balconies.***



***Please be advised that the reopening of the lazy river slide has been slightly delayed while a minor additional modification to the slide stairway is completed. The contractor is installing toe kicks on the stairway as part of the final completion of the renovation work. At this time, we do not have a confirmed reopening date; however, we are hopeful the slide will reopen on Monday, August 24, 2026, pending completion of the remaining work.***



Phoenix on the Bay 1-1312 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the third floor with beautiful views of the lazy river and convenient access to all community amenities.



• Balcony access is available from both the living area and the primary bedroom.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats four with four barstools for additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed. (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides easy check-in and check-out.



• Boat launch and fish cleaning station on-site. Boat slips are available for rent ($25–$60 per day, depending on size). Trailer parking is available at $5 per night, first-come, first-served.



• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each, plus tax, limited to two per unit. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase passes online via a link emailed after registration.
